Ordered 4 plants on March 24 and was charged for it. I have not received any confirmation of shipping and have not received my order. I have now emailed twice and they haven't respondedInitial Complaint

I purchased a Alocasia "Mayan Mask" Elephant Ear plant on February 15th. My order number was ******* Shipping was very prompt so I will say that. When I received my plant, the box that it came is looked horrible! It looked like someone had literally ran over it and I have pictures to prove that. When I opened the box, my plant was damaged and I sent an message to the Florida Hill Nursery website immediately (because there was no number to call) in regards to this. I have yet to receive a response and my plant has declined since then. Today when I went to check on it, both of the elephant ear stems were just laying down and lifeless. I have an extensive amount of plants so I know how to take care of them (elephant ears are my favorite so I have researched their individual care for years). I would like to speak to someone in regards to this matter. If they can't replace the plant, I'd like a full refund, shipping included so I can order elsewhere.
