I am beyond frustrated with Fidelity. I have a 2020 *** **** with just over ****** miles on it. The car suddenly started making a noise and stalled at a stop sign. I was able to restart and get it to a service shop. They told me it was the engine, so I took it to *** of **********. After 3 visits from Fidelity and many hours of labor to break down the engine, Fidelity denied the claim. I had oil changes every ***** miles or less. It is ridiculous that they denied the claim. The ***** pin broke. Do not trust this company!!!

I seriously dont understand how this company can have a B rating. This company is a complete scam that works hand in hand with the dealership to drag out and continually ask the dealership for teardown upon teardown meanwhile dealership profits off it while all along they have no intention of honoring any claim and of course said dealership also sold said worthless warranty and the one time I did get a call back from this warranty company Tmobile flagged as scam likely go figure

I would go with any other company, or just not have coverage if this is your only choice. My 2019 kia sorento is currently in the kia dealership due to a catastrophic oil pan failure that caused a ticking noise in the engine, an engine issue I was told by their own representive on a taped line (if they choose to look it up) was common in kia engines. I brought the platinum coverage through the dealership when I bought my car at 20k miles. It is now only 67k miles. The kia dealership is saying it needs a new engine. Fidelity is now requesting that we disassemble the engine to find the fault, even after receiving all of our records which show we did all the necessary maintenance on the car and the ticking ONLY starting after the oil pan failed. There is no reason for them to insist on disassembling the engine other than trying to find a reason to deny the claim. This puts us in a very difficult position. If they disassemble the engine and refuse coverage, there is no way i could pay out of pocket to get a new engine. They also ONLY pay for the disassembly of the engine IF they choose to cover the engine, which from what I am reading is a very big if. From what I have heard, they are the only warranty company to require this after receiving the proper maintenance records and learning the issue only occurred after the oil pan failure. This company takes your money and then makes sure that the wording in their contract makes getting your repairs impossible. I am sure their hope is the majority of people, like ourselves, are not comfortable with taking apart an engine on a very big if because it will leave them in a very hard place. I hope fidelity will choose to do the right thing here and we don't have to take this matter further.

False advertising. They should state clearly that this coverage only covers the complete FAILURE of a part. They will deny replacement of a part prior to complete failure because it falls within the category of "maintenance." You have to neglect any needed replacements and put your vehicle at risk in order for them to cough up a *****. Take it from someone who's learned the hard way and just put your money in the bank for needed repairs.

I had a leaking windshield window washer fluid reservior on my 2015 ******* Santa Fe.. I called Fidelity and they said it should be covered. As my original dealership shut down, I chose to bring it to a local mechanic. I explained to him I had the fidelity Warranty, and he said he would work with them. I dropped the car off on 10/15/24, and later in the day I called the shop. The owner said he attempted to contact twice, and was put on hold both times. This is a small shop, and they cannot sit on hold for extended time. He called the next morning and was finaly able to speak with someone, and they sent him a program on his phone to film the issue. The program did not work, he called back, and they sent it to him again. He even changed his settings as requested, still no good. I even called Fidelity during this encounter, and was told that he needed to do the video, they would not accept photo's, or they could send a representative to view the issue, and rent a car. I expressed that the repairs required were well below all these costs for such as minor repair. All they could say is "it's in the contract". This was quite frustrating, as I the total repairs came to under $350. I expressed to the **** that if I rented a car and waited for another day or two for the inspector and the inspector said it was not covered, I would be liable for the repair the rental and probably the inspector, his reply "It's in the contract"...Bottom line, if this was a major repair I Would have understood Fidelity's point, but this was a minor repair, with my deductible, their coverage payment would have been below $300 (FYI dealer quote over the phone approx $500). I told the shop to repair and finally got my car back on 10/17,Quite frustrating. If they would work with me I will change this review, but if not, they will have another complaint to add to their repertoire. ***** *****, ********, **

I purchased the 4 in 1 protection for a purchase price of $3,398. It was supposed to include coverage for windshield chips and repairs. I have a very small chip in my windshield that I was hoping to get fixed under this warranty plan that cost me nearly ***** my surprise, NONE of the windshield repair shops seem to accept this warranty. I'm being told from multiple shops that I will have to pay out of pocket and then take it up with Fidelity to get my reimbursement.Fidelity has confirmed that I am covered for windshield repair under the warranty plan I purchased. However, I cannot simply get reimbursement upon submitting my receipt. The windshield repair company has to call them prior for the service to get approved, and then once I pay out of pocket, I will have to call Fidelity to initiate a reimbursement.I have a very minor chip in my windshield and I have NO DESIRE to pay $185.52 (one of the quotes I received for the repair) for such a small chip ON TOP of spending nearly 4K for a warranty plan that's supposed to cover this at no cost to me.Fidelity warranty services is also closed on the weekends; I realized that to my dismay when I tried to take my car to get serviced on a Saturday. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. PersonalIy, I would NOT have paid almost 4K for an extended warranty if I knew it was going to be this much hassle to get a simple repair completed. They also need to be more transparent about the fact that they are closed on Saturdays, a day when people regularly get their car serviced.I also left them 1 star review on ******. That review has pictures to better illustrate what I mean
