      ******** customer service. I ordered a pair of arm sleeves. I never received an email confirmation that they were shipped. I have contacted them multiple times without success. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are definitely scamming people.

      Terrible customer service. Sent socks back I paid for to exchange and sent 3 emails looking for an update and never heard back.

      On January 2, ****, I received a delivery that was short one pair of socks (Order #********). The original order was for three pairs, which is what I was charged for. The envelope contained only two pairs and not even a packing slip. Despite repeated emails and phone calls to the customer relations ****** the company has not responded to me.

      Similar to the reviews below except so far no resolution. On October 30, 2023 purchased 12 pairs mens quarter socks for size **** for $117.00. They arrived mid November. My husbands shoe size is 11-11.5. The socks were impossibly small. I followed their return instructions. The socks were received back at Jox Sox on December 4th. I still have not received my refund. I made 2 calls left 2 voicemails. No return calls by Jox Sox. I have copies of everything that I will mail to them. Hopeful to get my refund.

      This company is very unreliable. I would not order anything based on information they furnish.

      I am a fan of Jox Sox and have purchased their product many times. I purchased their tee shirts under the brand of *********************. My experience with the tee shirt has been a disaster. I ordered a three pack and one of the shirts was filled with pulls, and looked like it was patched together. I called customer service and never received a phone call. Finally after a week, I got an email stating how sorry they were and that they are having a staffing problem. I then returned the shirt at my expense via the ************ They sent me a new shirt and amazingly it was defective. I went through the same process again, and finally got customer service via email to say how sorry they were and that this is a staffing issue.They told me that they would send me a replacement and to pick out a pair of socks to compensate me for all my troubles. Six week later, they have not sent me anything.If you need customer service from this company, be prepared for nothing but aggravation.********

      I bought a pair of the Max **** man Weekend shoes in March of 2022. After the second wearing they split in the heel area. I was supposed to get free shipping (I didn't). I made three phone calls and left messages but never received a return call. I finally filed a complaint with the ******* ************************** According to their website I can fill out a return form and send the shoes back to them(at my expense again!). I just want a refund but it looks like I'm stuck with these shoes that I can't wear.
