      We called several moving companies to help us move from Washington State to Wyoming. We were very clear that since I am 50% service disabled combat veteran I cannot lift heavy items. We specifically asked for a "full pack" service. The person we spoke to "Frank" assured us that this is what we were getting. I received a call today from "*****" who told me they were not packing anything except furniture. I told him that is not what we were told. He told me that would cost $8,000 more. When I disputed this he became angry and told me he was transferring me to customer service and then disconnected me. My wife then called customer service and asked for our deposit back. We have been told we won't get any money back and "*****" keeps sending aggressive text messages to my wife. We have asked to speak to "Frank" several times and have been told NO, we cannot speak to him. All attempts to get a refund on our deposit have been met with hostility. This company is using bait and switch!

      Hired Alliance to move from California to Kansas. We paid extra to have our stuff sooner. We still haven't received it and they picked up our first shipment on May 11th. Every time we call, we are told a date that our belongings should arrive but we are lied to.

      In short the moving company contacted us the day of the move at around noon explaining they were not going to be able to be there on time keep in mind we are moving across the country from Minnesota to Florida they were going to be two days late and didn't call us until noon on the scheduled move day I had already flown my daughter and wife to Florida anticipating them showing up on our schedule date at that point I had to come up with other options to get down to Florida ASAP as we had work and my family had nothing but a bag of clothes until I arrived. After speaking with Customer Service they said there is no refund if you schedule a move with in 14 days of signing contract. I asked them if they would work with me considering I paid them $2448.00 to not show up and NO contact until the day of the move at 12:00pm telling me they would be 2 days late. If you calculate the extra 2 days they said it would take it put me at 14 days. I have not gotten any response in some resolution.

      I booked this moving company months in advance and was told they would be able to pick my items up July 27/28th. I tried calling them days before and was told that I would have a truck on the 28th between 8-10am. I even confirmed the the night before. On the 28th around 9:30am I called because there was no truck and I was put on hold and then told they would call me back. A representative popped on to tell me they had a scheduling issue and wouldn't be able to get my items until the following week. I had to bee out of my house by the 1st, already booked, hotels, and already requested days off work for the move. I ended up having to rent my own truck and do the move entirely on myself. When I asked for a refund of the despot they are refused and have been ignoring my emails claiming they don't have to because the dates are not guaranteed, however, they did give me a date and time and then messed up costing me $1000s of dollars.

      We signed a contract and paid a sizeable deposit with a Moving & Storage company for moving services to be rendered on June 18th. They did not show and we finally got ahold of someone on the 19th who said they needed more time. Then promised to be there on the 20th. They no-showed again on the 20th and we were finally able to reach someone on the 21st about 11:30 AM who then told us that they would need at least another week because they didn't have any drivers available until then. We told them that would not be acceptable and they told us to email the company to see if we could get a refund for our deposit. We scrambled to rent trucks & get help. Long story short, we asked for a refund and were told no and that logistics were in place. The logistics were not in place. They refused any to communicate with us any further and intend to keep the $2552 deposit. This cost us much more than the original quote and we are considering court we just haven't filed anything yet.

      To Whom It May Concern: I am filing a claim with Alliance Moving and Storage, since they never refunded my money back after canceling within 48 hours after booking with Alliance. On July 7, 2021 they charged my account in the amount of $1575. On July 9, 2021 I contacted Alliance Moving and Storage to inform them that I was canceling my service and informed them I had to make other arrangements to pick up my things. I made several attempts to make sure it was canceled by contacting specialist Dalton and customer service. I tried to get the issue resolved by contacting Alliance via email to billing again about my refund. The billing department did respond by sending me a refund form to sign, but still haven't received my refund. I even reached out to the billing/moving department about my refund. I fully expect Alliance Moving and Storage to give me the refund of $1500 they said back to my card. I would be happy to attach any documents you need to help me get this resolved. Job # XXXXX

      I paid a $1000 deposit for future moving services, according to the salesperson, ****** ******* was necessary to "secure the move dates," because they were "in such high demand." I was still deciding whether to move my furniture of sell it and he assured me I could cancel within 3 days. I ran the numbers and it was more expensive to move than the furniture costs, so I gave it all away or sold it. I emailed to cancel the moving services *the very next day.* ****** replied to my email and assured me he would start the refund process. I have all in writing (attached). They did not refund and now have informed me that they will keep my $1000. No services were ever rendered and any resolution refused, simply "we're keeping it". The lady who finally told me they were going to keep it actually hung up on me.

      I was trying to use this business to move my house hold goods from Florida to California in July we put down a $2800 deposit. We were quoted $6300, but when the movers showed up they tried to charge us $10,200. I did not have the money so they did not provide us a service. I ended up moving everything myself. Inside the contract the broker lied to my wife and gave us a senior discount (I am 37) to get us to use their company under false pretenses. Now they refuse the return my deposit. Please help. I am a United States combat Veteran and I am 100% disabled because of it. Having to move every thing myself hurt me and made it very difficult to goto work and provide for my family.
