  Got quoted 5900...movers show up and double the price. ******************* was the agent who did this. He quoted low for the contract and marks it up upon arrival. They were late and were supposed to have everything packed and loaded. The movers didn't know they were supposed to pack. Horrible experience. Our deposit is being held for services not rendered. We were close to agreeing but the movers left and didn't want to deal with the conversation

  If I could put zero stars I would. This company is terrible and should not be used! I should have done more research in this company before booking with them. I was quoted for a 430 cubic feet and when the movers showed up tried to up the price by $3,000 because I had "too much stuff" and they didn't have the room to move it. I was also told that it would be delivered in 1 to 2 days after pick up. But now, we might not have a delivery for up to 21 business days. **** was my original ******, then I had to talk to someone named **** when **** didnt want to answer. They both stopped answering their phones and I got put with someone else who did answer her phone. Who then tried to up sell everything for $4,000 more to have it drove straight to my new house.I'm disgusted in this whole company and I'm appalled with how much they lied to me to get me to book with them DON'T USE THEM AT ALL!

  I'm ashamed I didn't research this company more. Don't make the mistake I made! As the reviewer before me said, they will give you a low quote to win your business, then once the truck arrives they will increase your quote substantially (in my case by about 30%). They said I hadn't said there was a piano - even though "upright piano" was on every version of the contract I signed.This was after:- being told they had to write down two days for "legal reasons" but that they would commit to the "real" date - then when the time came they tried to do it the day before - they said they had trouble receiving my signed signtature, even when I sent the file as an attachment - I was forced to reschedule for the next week - then they said they were en route with no notice on the first of two possible days - when I said that wouldn't work, they agreed to reschedule to the next day - the next day they showed up an hour after the expired time window - then they gave us the "new" quote and wanted my sister to send them the money via Zelle rather than charging my on-file credit card!- then I saw the new contract had a NEW COMPANY I'd never even heard of!

  They will give you a low quote to win your business, then once the truck arrives they will double or triple the initial quote. The senior logistics coordinator once you have paid your initial deposit will no longer pick up the phone. This is not a moving company, just a broker. Avoid them at any cost. If you are reading this and you have already paid your deposit you still have time: call somebody else and quit. At the end will be cheaper just to loose your deposit. This people should be banned from the moving business.

  Stay away at all cost. Worst company, worst customer service, dont answer after they take your money, use a 3 rd party, over the moon services and *** logistics in my case. Both the sub contractor used by the prime contractor are equally or more incompetent and scammers. Asked for more money and mis committed at every step. Got my stuff finally shipped but some items were nicked and dented. I did not take a hassle to put it under claim as I was glad they at least delivered.

  Brokers, not movers. Do not use this company. They are a scam. They do not refund you. They hold your stuff hostage. They damage items. They blackmail you for more money than contractually agreed to.

  Did almost $5,000 worth of damage to my motorcycle and furniture. Filed a claim with pics, reciepts, etc. They offered me $75. No matter what number you call, the same guy answers and wont tell you his name and is rude.

  The broker, gave me a quote. My situation could not have been more straightforward since it was moving boxed items and furniture out of a storage unit in which I gave them the "exact" dimensions" of the unit. When their truck arrived, the worker said that I owed them at least $1,500 more for the move and that I had given them inaccurate information.I refused the move and am working with my bank to get my deposit returned.I wish I had looked at previous customers' reviews before giving them my hard earned money.

  United *** Lines is horrible . I had many boxes stolen from me , I treated ******* team with food and drinks as well as free items that I could no longer use .My generosity n thanks was shown by stealing from me personal nd irreplaceable items Please do not hire United *** Lines or their sister company n especially ******* ( ******* ) team ! I toss and turn at night thinking of more items that are gone Im sick to my stomach !
