    I had a trip planned for Aruba 4-29-2025 and today s4-24 i get a email it was cancelled due to funjet not taking off the remaining balance for one party who had previously cancelled before the deadline. We now have to pay double the price due to Funjet error.

    We had a trip planned to Dominican Republic through a travel agent. We gave them $647 deposit. My husband got sick and was in the hospital. Advised by doctor he cannot travel and didn’t receive my deposit back. Only $500 credit to use by next June. I am going to keep fighting this.

    Terrible company, complete scam. I was forced to book through them for a wedding at a resort. First of all, it was almost $1500 more to book through them than directly with the resort. I bought travel protection. Due to a life-threatening medical condition that came up, I was advised by my doctor not to travel, and wow - the run-around I received in trying to cancel my (protected) reservation was insane. I provided letters from my physician and everything I could think of and they would not issue a refund. I kept getting transferred around with no one able to actually help me. Scam. Eventually, I had to just call my credit card and dispute the charge. DO NOT EVER USE FUNJET.

    Worst travel sites I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! The booking process is the only thing that was efficient. Absolutely every single thing beyond the initial booking has been a nonstop nightmare. First and foremost, my reservation is ****** despite having the reservation number. Secondly, good luck logging in afterwards. I keep getting the same error message of invalid I.D. or password. Tried changing my password but get yet another error message stating technical difficulties. Technical difficulties for 6 months? When emailed the ONLY agent listed for my reservation, I got the response that I didn't book through him so try going to ************************, which only started the nightmare all over from the beginning. It has been the same horror story since I booked. At this point, I need a vacation from trying to deal with joke of a company.

    All these bad reviews are correct - FUNJET is a disgrace! DO NOT USE FUNJET FOR ANYTHING! Also, do NOT use a travel agent! Our hotel (booked by FUNJET using Expedia!!!) cancelled our reservation and we were never notified. We tried cancelling our original vacation 90 days in advance, but they kept $4000 and gave us credit for the flight and $500 per person for hotel rooms. We tried so hard to use this credit, but we are just ******* with a capital *. $6 Grand gone. No vacation, no recourse.

    Funjet booked my party of 10, we paid for insurance and our flight was cancelled by the airlines but Funjet has only offered us future travel credits and refuses to even pay us cash for our cancelled flight, which by law the airlines are supposed to give us. **************** sucks!!!!! Its been a month and nothing has been resolved yet. STAY AWAY FROM FUNJET!!!!

    My recent experience with Funjet Vacations for ****** and their supposedly "helpful" travel agent, was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let me break down why you should steer clear of both:Firstly, Funjet Vacations is a scamming company that promises the world and delivers nothing but headaches. Their website lures you in with glossy pictures of pristine beaches and luxurious resorts, but once you've booked and paid, the reality sets in. Hidden fees pop up faster than you can say "rip-off," turning what was supposed to be an affordable getaway into a financial nightmare.As for the so-called travel agent assigned to assist me, she was utterly useless. When I tried to reach out for help with booking changes or even basic questions about my itinerary, she was either unreachable or completely uninterested. It's as if once she had my money, her job was done. Her lack of responsiveness and incompetence left me stranded with incorrect booking details and no recourse for correction.To add insult to injury, when I tried to escalate the issues to Funjet Vacations customer service, I was met with indifference and robotic responses. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company or its agents. They gladly take your money but fail miserably when it comes to delivering on their promises.In conclusion, save yourself the stress, frustration, and hard-earned money. Funjet Vacations and my travel agent are a disgrace to the travel industry. There are plenty of reputable travel agencies and vacation providers out there who actually care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. You'll thank me later.

    I booked my clients two tickets and put in for seats up front on JetBlue and funjet told me they are in front going and coming back. Well they lied. I had to pay $312 out of my own pocket cause funjet lied to me.

    Its been over a month and I still havent received my refund of $677.77. They have given me the run around. Im upset and frustrated.
