      December 26,2023I contacted Red CarpetvRelocators yo move 4 items from my house and to delivered to my sisters house. She lives at ********************************. ********. About 15 minutes from my house. We verbally agreed to $95.00 per hour for total of 2 hours. Then, he offer 3% and 3% for Senor and return customer. I authorized a charge to my credit card for$100. Deposit and the balance when the delivery was done.The verbal agreement was made on the phone and when the movers came, they were late and they got lost on the way to my sister's house. I was expecting to receive my final bill of the 2 hours service minus the 6% discount.I never authorized the second charge for $323.25 and never received the final bill until I called to complaint why they have charge my credit card the amount of $323.25 that I didn't authorized. Right after that ****** , manager sent me a hand written bill that shows a charge for traveling time for $190. That I never agreed or he told me about it in our verbal agreement for services.The balance that ,I was expecting was for $ ***** after the 6% discounts.We never talked about travel time, nor I never agreed to that. On my bill that he sent me via text after requesting my bill shows a charge for $190.00 travel time that he never told me about it. All this was done on the phone and am sure that the company records the xalls made to the company.We have being texting to resolve this overcharged but, he started to make threats and name calling. I decided to complaint to my credit card and he have refused to refund my money to the credit card.He also. Signed on the customer signature line saying " Customer not Present" this virtually puts him an a fraudulent and Deceptive practices. I want him to refund the $323.25 to my credit card.*************************.

      Hi, 

      We are sending our response to your email.

      We service ************************* in the past.

      She was aware of our pricing etc.

      The customers have a quote/estimate sent to them before booking. So the customer agrees to our pricing when hiring us.

      Also; with our reputation; we do not get over on customers or take advantage of their time.

      ****** filed a bank dispute; which we did not contest; just to get rid of her issue. 

      We provided great professional service for ******, she might have been in a different financial situation.

      ****** had us load items from her home and delivered it to a friend.

      ****** did not come to the unload, to watch.

      Her friend had the movers; doing extra things at her house ; along with unloading ****** furniture.

      So ****** friend took up more of her billing time.

      Although; ****** wanted to penalize and blame Red Carpet Relocators; for her mistake.
