            On June 14th at 3 pm EST I made a purchase for a crab island excursion on June 15th at 1:30pm in the amount of $435.76 l, I received confirmation with directions on where to show up and what time to be there. I showed up at 12:30pm for the checkin time of 12:45pm only to be told that my order was never sent to ********** and that I would not be enjoying the very expensive trip that I had paid for that day! I was told by the very sweet employee that I could contact tripshock for a refund and that they would be contacting them as well and that I could reschedule for another day. I have yet to hear back from either. This was an awful experience and a hefty amount of money and time wasted.

After reviewing your order and speaking with the provider you are correct, you did not go out on the boat on June 15th for their 1:30pm trip. However, you were rescheduled to the next day and did go out on the trip. Since you were rescheduled, signed in and enjoyed the trip on June 16th at 1:30pm there are no refunds do. Had you not rescheduled that would have been when the vendor offered to do a refund, however you did reschedule and participate. The vendor representative made a point to confirm with our team that the funds used to book the original reservation were to be used to cover the reschedule and that no additional fees should be charged to you for this move but that the original charge would stand. If there are any questions regarding your arrival and inclusion on the trip the next day please let us know, I am able to provide you with a copy of the signed waiver that all of your party signed upon check in for the trip. Thank you.
