I bought some personal sexual items on Sept 15, 2022 and as of yet I have never received them. I have called several times and left a detailed message, I have texted and left a detailed message I also emailed them with a detailed message and have never received any responses to any of these forms of communication. I ordered online on September 4 2022 for $185.27 and have reached out to them multiple times regarding my order. They have ignored all my emails, phone calls, and requests online for support as I have not received any tracking information or products. Placed an order on 9/8/22 for $76.60 after tax ($5.63) and shipping protection ($0.98). I contacted the merchant multiple times and for weeks they had their website down and made it almost impossible to access my account and contact them. I did however find some contact info on their website and emailed, called, and texted. I sent a contact request on 9/14/22 asking when I can expect my item to ship. I received an email response back from ******************************* that they are working on getting it shipped out and it takes around 3-5 business days to ship. It also said I would receive an update and tracking once it ships. I never received either. I contacted via email on 9/27/22 to the email they contacted me from (and the email is posted on their website too) but I received an "address not found" email back. I also texted the number on their site *************) on 10/4 and received an automatic response but no response to my statement about wanting a full refund. I also made a complaint through Norton shopping guarantee, buy safe (shipping protection i bought with order for .98 cents) on 10/6/22 (before the shipping protection benefits expired). It said ella paradis had 10 days to respond. I was generous enough to consider that business days and now it is the 24th of October and no response from ella paradis on there either. Horrible business practices. Please provide my full refund of $76.60. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 9/12/2022. The website shows the order as confirmed but I have still not received any shipping or tracking information. I have tried calling, leaving a callback number, with no call returned. I have emailed the company FIVE times with no response. I've also left information on their website form, also receiving no response.I've requested a refund from PayPal and they are processing this request now, but seriously, over a month and no communication or follow up on an order of over $120 worth of product is the worst customer experience I've had in a very long time,Initial Complaint

I placed an order in 9/12/22 for one item and paid in full through PayPal. I got a confirmation email for my order #********* of a Butterfly Clitoral Stimulator 1 for $38.99 with a discount for a total of $31.20. However, there has been no update on shipment and all my calls go unanswered. The email bounces back when I try to contact them, and their text option does not work (only answer is reply yes but no one answers after that). I have bought from this company before, but this is the only time Ive had this issue. Order Number **********, made on the 9th, payment confirmed the 13th through the ******************************* email. The item cost me $37.60 and was their Butterfly Clitoral Stimulator, product number ************, for which I the shipping information stated it would arrive in 5-7 business days (as of writing this it has now been 11 business days). After no updates on my order aside from the ever present "On its way" icon after checking for several days, I went to look again and now the page now tells me I need to pay for my item again. I already paid for my item. I have attached the the statement from my bank proving this, as well as the email chain in which my payment was confirmed, and a screenshot of the order page in which it says I need to pay for my order again.I have been trying to get a hold of some from the company to help me for several days. No response from the texting number. No response from the calling number. No response from multiple messages through the website. Only a few days after my correspondence with the wecare email and trying to contact help through it again, and the email either was deleted or is no longer receiving messages, as all attempted correspondence through it are bounced back to me, which the pdf of the email chain will also show.I would like my money back. I do not trust this company to deliver me a quality product, if it is ever delivered. On September thirteenth 2022, exactly a week ago, I placed an order with Ella Paradis totaling $37.19 on their product 'Pixie wand massager special edition'. Because I have yet to get shipping information, throughout the week I have been trying to contact this company with calls and emails about my concerns and have been met with no response or callback. The day after I placed my order the company 'temporarily' shut down their online shop and now I can't even view my order on the website. I decided to do deeper research on the company and It seems many people are having the same problems as I am. Because of these issues I can no longer feasibly rely on getting my order. I received a faulty product from this company, and I have been trying relentless for two weeks to get a replacement or a refund. I've submitted multiple return requests, emails, and tried to call the company, but they were "unable to answer my call at this time". I have received no response from them. The product I received has zero functionality. It doesn't turn on even after being charged for 24 hours. I purchased the product on 6/14/22 and received it on 6/29/22. I paid $39.30 for the Butterfly Clitoral Stimulator, product SKU: ************. My order number is **********. Hello,
We are sincerely apologetic regarding any issues and delays that *** have occurred. Order #********** was placed on 6/14/22 and Shipped on 6/16/22 with tracking #**************************. The first point of contact was on 7/11/22 via our support contact page, where troubleshooting steps were attempted with no response. On 7/14/22 via SMS, we were contacted again without confirmation of the troubleshooting steps previously provided and no response when asked for order information. On 7/19/22 via two contact page submissions and a chat, we attempted to replace the item. A response asking for a refund was received and the refund was processed at 7:30pm EST and the following notification was sent:
Your refund in the amount of $39.39 has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. If your refund isn't reflected on your bank statement after 5-7 business days, please contact your financial institution directly.
