      I ordered from Inspire Uplift website on October 21, 2022 ******************** ***************** CL103228885RU for $300.00 Total of $326.94 with tax and shipping, and I have not received my order, I have not received any communication and when I contacted the seller I was told it would ship The week of October 31st, 2022 and a tracking number would be sent to me that day. I have not received the order or a tracking number or contact from company or seller and now the company is not responding to my messages on your website. I called Inspire Uplift on November 15, 2022 at 2:00PM CST and was met with an agent who said he was a supervisor and He answered the call with is this ***********************, I said yes and he said we received your email and no response now. thanks for calling. I asked for supervisor or manager and he refused. His name is ****. He hung up the phone on me. I called back at 2:08pm CST and he again answered with is this *********************** and I said yes and he said nothing further to talk to you about. I asked for supervisor or manager and he said not going to happen and hung up the phone again. I want a full refund and cancel the order due to lack of communication, lack of completing the order, extremely rude customer service.

      I purchased an item on their website on Sept 27th. The item is undeliverable due to its country of origin (******) and US sanctions etc.The customer service couldnt assist properly with my tracking info request in Oct when the item wasnt here. Ive included that screenshot of the ineptitude of the customer service person. The seller finally confirmed to me in a Message that all pre-orders of her work placed on Inspire Uplift were being canceled due to US Sanctions. That the refund had to go through Inspire Uplift.This company canceled my order on Nov 7th and I still have not received my money back. Their customer service is atrocious at handling this situation. I am just looking to get my money back that is owed back to me.

      I finally received my package from ****** that was supposed to be an ancient spider encased in ****** Instead its a glued together piece of limestone rock! What the h*** is going on?? Be assured, I will use every means at my disposal to get my money back.

      Bought a small cube clock on Sept 8. ($30) Got a notice it would arrive **** on Sept 23. The package never arrived; but the **** tracking data says it was delivered. I have inquired with the post office but they can do nothing. We don't have "porch pirates" in my neighborhood and no package has ever gone missing before. I have requested a refund but the customer service representative suggests it is the fault of the **** and sidesteps my request.

      The transaction date was during the week of August 7,2022. I placed an order for the knee brace which was supposed to be one size fits all. My wife has 2 knees which have welling due to surgeries and we thought the braces would help her mobility. We never once though size would be an issue since it was a "one size fits all" I called and spoke with ************ and he basically told me it was a not return police if package had been opened, I asked how can you try out a device if you do not open the package, he said too bad, sorry for my inconvenience and was not willing to try to refund my purchase.

      We did send you exactly the size for which the order was placed and everything about the product is mentioned on our product page. Every product description has a very specific and accurate size chart to help you understand the fit of the item.

      We have mentioned in our store policy,Un-Used, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, conditions applies.

      My autistic daughter placed an order from my computer without my consent from this company. This was a very expensive item (totaling with tax $421.20). I received a notification from PayPal about the order on my phone. I immediately called the company (within in an hour of the order being placed) to cancel the order. It has been almost three weeks since I've placed the original call to cancel the order. Since then, I've called numerous times and have put in three customer service tickets with no response or resolution. I've reached out to PayPal to resolve the issue as well. I just want my refund for an order that I attempted to cancel immediately after the order was placed without my consent.

      I ordered a product for my motorcycle that cost $95.00, I didn't know it was coming from ******, or else I wouldn't have ordered, once I found out, I knew I wouldn't ever receive it. The company Inspire Uplift somehow represents and works with them. I kept asking Inspire when I would receive my order or money back, and they said I would not get my money back, and when I text them now after 2 months, they won't reply, so I guess I've lost out on product and money.

As per your package tracking information, it shows that your package is definitely in transit and on its way to you. I will be sure to get this escalated and we will do everything we can to make sure it makes it to you ASAP.

      After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned a tracking number, it becomes very difficult to alter it once it is in transit, and canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible.

      On 5/21/22, I placed an order with Inspire Uplift for a GreatGadgets Multifunctional Rearview Mirror Phone Holder for $19.97 tax $1.70 $21.67. Order#******* I didnt receive the product, until 6/2/22, Tracking#********************** On 6/17/22, I contacted Inspire Uplift via email and advised them that I wanted to return the product and get a refund, because the product was not really working properly for me! It was not really holding my IPhone 13 ProMax tightly in piece! Every bump or moment the car made the phone would swing from side to side! Ill attach as supporting documents the emails conversations back and forth about them not accepting my return, because that what I ordered and I should have read the specifications! I advised them, that I did read them, which is why I ordered the product, however the product I guess was not designed to hold a heavy phone like the IPhone 13 ProMax!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As I stated over and over again! I did check all the measurements you guys had on your website before making the purchase! I knew that this device was going to fit my phone, however the issue is NOT THE **** MEASUREMENTS! Its your device does not work, because when I place my phone it the holder it should not be swinging from side to side at every bump on the road and or moment the car make! It should be nice and tight and not move at all! I only used it once to of course try the device! And, as stated I accidentally throw away the small box it came in! I dont think I am going to bankrupt you guys over $21.00 dollars. This is totally ridiculous and poor customer service on your part!

      We informed you earlier that we did send you exactly the same product as we advertised and as per the verification, the product looks completely fine.

      However, there is a gap between the spring which is part of the product, and the body of the product. And when the product works then the spring is automatically stretched and compressed, and at the same time springs rub with the body of the product. Due to this, the product generates a little clicking sound. It is usual in such kinds of products.
