I do not understand why special bodies for prosecution and punishment for fraudulent actions with money in especially large amounts have not yet become interested in this platform.

      I have been selling items on their website for over a year. I have done many withdraws of my money with no issues but for some reason since Jan 2024 its now taking over 3 months to receive my money. I put in for a payout on 6/20/24 and its still pending. This can not be legal. The customer bought my item and paid ********************** and they received their product but I am not getting paid. All payments made by customer are done by debit/credit card, so that means this company has the money right away. Why are they keeping my money? If they are holding my money for 3 months I should be paid interest on that money but instead they are charging me a fee. 6/20/24 $56 , 8/8/24 $30. I have already removed all physical products from their website because they were selling my items I was paying for shipping and sending but they were keeping money for 3 months or longer. I cant run a business like this

      Inspire Uplift has not paid out seller funds owed for 4 + months . I have emailed repeatedly to the seller help email address and receive the same reply telling me to wait week after week after week . I call their number and they don't respond at all, they give me automated emails stating they are working on my request. Eventually they simply totally stop replying to my emails . I am 100's of dollars out of pocket for sold and received items months ago . I am Afraid this company is collapsing my small business. Thanks for any help , please pay as soon as possible.

      You always automatically send such a reply for the past 3 months. That shows you are not going to release our payouts, this is ridiculous. It's a serious crime.

      I want to know exactly when I will receive my money. Inspire Uplift's response letter did not mention a specific time. This is similar to the previous response I received via email on June 20. From March 20 until now, I have withdrawn money 6 times but have not yet received any money. If possible I hope they will approve all the money I withdrew and not just a portion of it within 7-14 days

      The business only issued the refund when I informed them I filed a complaint with the BBB and that I would contact my credit card company regarding the charge.  The seller never responded to my messages and the company, after stating it would issue a refund several days prior, changed their story saying they contacted the seller and I need to wait for a response from them.  I value my time and was irritated having to constantly chat/email support to resolve the issue.  I ordered the product on June 10th with the processing/shipping times stated on their site confident it would arrive on time.  Both the seller and the company failed to fully assist with the transaction.  As I stated, it was not until I informed them I filed a complaint with BBB that they issued the refund.

I am a reasonable person but this is beyond belief . I have a tax return to complete also which i cant because i dont know if they will send my funds or not . Its a pity .       I am rejecting this response because:

      Hello , the most recent payouts that were withdrawn have now been sent . However , payouts amounting to over 2000 USD from early May - end of June have still not been paid out . In fact , I dont mind so much when the funds are paid as long as there is some kind of guaranteed timeline of when they will be paid , as otherwise it is very worrying as there seems to be no guarantee funds will ever be sent . Moving forward I need to know a realistic timeframe for when funds will be paid out . There needs to be a clear timeframe policy for paying sellers funds owed that needs to be adhered to . Of course this is essential when trying to run a business  .
