      I can see why you're rated an f. I never received my order even though I received an email saying that it was delivered. First I tried emailing, no response. Then I tried chatting and they said they could not handle my issue over chat, that someone would be emailing me in the next two days. A week later, I tried calling them, waited 10 minutes and a recording came on, saying that there were no one available to take my call, and they would call me back. Never called me back.

      I purchased a heated vest as a gift. It was too small when it arrived so I tried to exchange it. I was told " The seller has clearly mentioned in their policies to carefully select the correct size according to the size chart provided while placing the order to avoid any return or exchange. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated for orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer." Also it did not come with a battery pack as most do.Don't ever buy anything from this company. Amazed they stay in business

      I saw ad ad on ******** for a heated vest I wanted to purchase for my husband from Inspire Uplift. I ordered an XL for an adult. Much past the stated arrival date, I received a size SMALL. I contacted Inpsire Uplift and while waiting to hear back from them, because this was a surprise for my husbands birthday, I went ahead and reordered an XL again. When the second vest arrived it was an XL for a youth. Inspire Uplift finally contacted me but wasnt much help at all. They told me if I wanted to escalate my issue I would have to contact the seller directly. Then the search for the sellers name began. After finally getting the sellers name, I contacted them. After a few back and forth emails, with no positive results, the email I received this morning states that I have to upload pictures of me measuring the vests to prove they are the incorrect sizes. Needless to say, I told them in my email that it is not my job to prove anything to them and to do their job for them. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Their emails are insulting, implying that I should have been more diligent in making sure I was ordering the correct size. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS. WORST EVER!!!!!!

      The worse score ever goes out to this company!The Inspire uplift company and their customer service support staff is the worst company and the worst group of people that I have every had the unfortunate opportunity to try to buy something from and get my money back for buying a hard cover book, which instead they were sending me a digital copy of this book.Not an inspiring or uplifting experience for me.Still havent received the two refunds that I had ************ care that they dont try to have you pay a fee to joint their buying program that they want you to pay a monthly fee to join.****

      AWFUL! These people allowed their seller to scam me by advertising a digital TEXTBOOK but he sent me pages of test questions. I reached out to the seller, thinking that he had made a mistake. 2 days later he responded, this is what I bought. Filed a fraud claim with Inspire. They did nothing but give me the run around. Told me they would refund me on 1/27/25 & didn't. When I told him I would be filing a fraud with my bank against him, he changed his ad 3 days later. I already had taken screenshots of his **************** as well as have my receipt that he cannot change the wording on, with the word TEXTBOOK clear as day.

      I see I am not the only one that is upset enough with their customer service that I had to write up a ******************** complaint. I was also sent the jacket without the battery pack as someone else stated and even worse the size was also way too small as someone else also stated. So, I cannot use it at all, and they refused to allow me to return and request a refund. The label did indeed say the right size (2XL) but a child would have a hard time fitting into it. Mis-labeled perhaps? I have never had such a hard time returning something with any company in my entire life and actually had to give up as it was a lost cause. This is a great example of horrible service, from Inspire Uplift a chat session on the site *************************************** ... . " I'm here to inform you that every company has its size chart and according to our size chart of the product, you ordered the SIZE (2xl ) of the (Tech Heated Unisex Vest with 3 Heat ************** Warm-Up ) and we shipped you exactly the same size you ordered."They repeated many times in their responses in the chat window..."I'm here to let you know that we have already mentioned it in our store policy. (Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges). Every product description has a very specific and accurate size chart to help you understand the fit of the item. We did send you exactly the size for which the order was placed and everything about the product is mentioned on our product page."Well, I measured what they said, shoulder to shoulder should be 43 cm which is almost 17 inches. This is impossible for a 2XL and is not accurate. In fact, if one googles shoulder distance on 2XL men? the answer is Approximately 25 inches How can a company survive with horrible customer service this this? I guess you dont need to avoid any returns or exchanges because they do that themselves.

      I made a mistake by not reading the listing well enough to see it was a book download and not a physical book. I thought I was buying a physical book. So, I do admit that happened, but their customer service refused to refund my money. There is no flexibility with these people. I also read that the website is sketchy so I don't want to download the book. I am just going to take the loss unless my credit card company can do something to help me. Just be aware that all sales are final and they won't help you if you have a problem and bought something by accident. Most companies will help you if you made a mistake, but not this one.

      AWFULL!! NEGATIVE STARS....Ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas was promised delivery between ***** to ***** didn't receive until ***** too late as Christmas Gifts. Vests were much smaller than advertised and didn't come with a battery pack which most do. I asked for a replacement company gave me lip service about getting a refund or return. I was also OVER CHARGED $50.00. They Never addressed this issue at all finally after many e-mails with conflicting or misleading responses I've given up and contested my charges with my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WON'T DO BUSINESS with AGAIN!!
