Hello,I have been selling machine embroidery designs on the INSPIRE UPLIFT shopping site for over a year. On June 11, 2024, I requested for the $21.91 USD I had accumulated through sales on the site to be transferred to my Bitcoin account for the first time. After waiting for about two months, I contacted Inspire Uplift customer service to report the issue. However, I was asked to send the request via my membership email address. Despite sending emails in both October and December, no action has been taken to this day. I only received automated replies stating that "you will be contacted as soon as possible."It has been 10 months since I submitted the withdrawal request, and my money is still being pending. I ordered 2 knee braces one for each leg. They did not operate when they arrived and actually injured my leg. When I followed the instructions for how to wear them. I've now discovered this company has a disastrous reputation throughout the internet.Literally thousands of complaints and bad reviews. I didn't do my research, so shame on me. The product they've delivered to me does not function. It was broken when it arrived. I've provided them all this information, and they simply will not allow me to return the product and get my money back. So I don't know what else to do. I have thrown the product away in the trash, which is where I belonged. These new braces did not bend. They literally did not function properly. To be clear, they did not bend with my leg. They were stiff and literally, I was incapable of bending them even when I took them off and manually, she tried to compress them with my arms. I've worked with knee braces for 3 years since my diagnosis of osteoarthritis, in both my knees, so I am familiar with braces and how they work. After seeing that later on hundreds of complaints online about this company, i'm now aware that I was ripped off. No need for you to spend any more time on this. I've told the company that I expected A. Refund, they said they, I have never had a complaint yet. There's literally hundreds online about the product and about the company, so I am done spending my time on something that is just a rip off.

On February 4, I ordered a PDF copy of Fundamentals of Construction Estimating for $6.00. The download I received was am excerpt out of the teacher's guide version. I responded to the email Inspire Uplift sent me. I heard nothing back. On February 13, I contacted the seller through the order details on the order page of my account. I heard nothing back. On February 9, I pressed the contact us tab on the website and screen chatted with "*****" who insisted on sending me instructions on how to download my order. I then proceeded to explain I know how to download the order and send a screenshot showing what I received. She then advised me to contact sender. Sent screenshot showing I had already done that and heard nothing back. She advised she had to forward it off and one of her colleagues would be in touch soon. On March 20, I reached out again to customer service stating I have never heard back. Spoke with ****** who insisted I would hear back within 1-2 business days. Still have not heard back. Meanwhile, I log into my account to see if sender has answered. They responded on March 21 saying it's not their order. Not sure why you don't get an email stating you have a message on their website but what do expect from an incompetent website. The seller advised me it was not their order. So I again go into the order, click order details, click contact seller and it links me to the other store not my seller's store. I don't know what weird security breach that is. Order received 9/21/25 and I reached out through the website immediately. Ad was on ******** that shows jeans not as they were advertised when I received them. Received size but measurements were incorrect. In their ad picture the jeans are tight, but the ones sent were baggy in **** and thigh. The waist fits. When I wrote the company for a return within the 2 weeks sent received, they responded that they see no issue and will not allow me to return product for a refund. The product sent to me had no return label included or even a packing slip. Their website states item can be returned, yet they are denying me to do so. I hope their BBB rating will go down. I wrote asking for instructions on how to return the jeans. The website states it accepts returns for this product. If they now are not, then it is misleading.The email response was this on 9/24/25:"I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. As mentioned in our previous email, we have sent you the product according to the specifications described on the product page. We have not received any similar complaints about this product before. You can verify the specifications on the product page and see that the product sent to you matches those specifications. I am rejecting this response because:This is aggravating and just goes in circles...your ad did not say the jeans were loose fitting nor was the picture in the ad showing a loose fit in the hip. It was misleading. There was nothing wrong with the color, or anything done wrong by me as it was the right size but you shouldn't say the measurements are form fitting when they are not. It should of said relaxed or loose style. Just because a waist is correct doesn't mean you correctly stated the fit. These were not regular fit type jeans in **** and upper thigh, but loose or relaxed type. I am a normal body type at 5'6 and 122#, so not my fault. It should be an easy return, but you fight a return. I will not buy from this site again. With this said, not being allowed to return them, then I guess this matter is closed, though I am unhappy. It is not a style you portrayed in the ad. ************* when right in the ad it says can return.
