    ***, the owner, and his technicians are always helpful to me and my father. They do both of our houses and we never have any issues with pests. The technicians are very nice and well mannered and always show up when they say they will. I highly recommend Above and Beyond to everyone.

    They've had my account for almost 1 year and have had to come back out for roaches and ants that they cannot get under control. They have allowed ants to infiltrate my home all the way into my 2nd story theater. The owner doesn't want to take any responsibility for the issues and blames it on my "troubled house" and the rainy weather. I have a 2 year old home. Called him 2 days ago about the issues and he said he would relay my concerns to his son and I would be getting a call to schedule yet another service for ants. No call for 2 days... NOTHING. I'm sure I'll just get more excuses. They don't care about their customers at all. I truly don't know how they have so many positive reviews...would definitely not recommend.

    This customer used foul language to my service tech. We decided to cancel account and refund past due balances.

    I used foul language in his techs presence because I was frustrated with your companies inability to get rid of roaches and ants in my brand new home after having my account for nearly a year. I wasn't even looking at him. I did not curse at him or call him any names and by saying I used foul language TO YOUR tech is a flat out lie. That's pathetic you're resorting to lying now. Also, you DID NOT cancel my account. I fired you. My wife sent you an email asking for the invoice number so we could take care of the remaining balance you claimed we had and you replied in the email the following "After your husbands 1 star google review for my company. And being able to reflect back on our personal conversation. I feel you should not pay for your previous balance. I am going to zero out the balance and hope the best for you and your husband." You did not cancel my account. I fired you and you reflected on our past conversation and decided to waive the 75 dollars I owed you. You did so probably hoping I would remove my bad reviews of your company but I won't. People should know 1. you're company cannot get rid of bugs like you advertise and 2. you're a liar. unreal. don't use this company people. you'll be sorry.

    I was wrong in hiring your company to get rid of insects in my home that's for sure. I currently have ants taking over my home. That's a fact. Make up what you want. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
