    I received 2 cards as a gift from my wifes mother in law. Well I went on the website to purchase merchandise. It says we will combine the cards and respond back to you with the number and total amount. I emailed them as requested an the card numbers. They replied back said they need an image. I sent the image of the card numbers. They came back saying they need the receipts. I sent them the image of the gift receipt I received from the individual. Then they emailed me back now they need the actual receipt from the store. When somebody purchases gift cards they get a gift receipt not the actual store receipt with all the items.

    This place is a Scam. It says Value is loaded on their website but no one else can see it. They don't answer their phones, they don't call back. My wife has bought two of them. I think that the owner should explain to her why her gifts are worthless. If you guys think you can fix this please answer your phones. I fell like the next step is a class action law suit and I think the current climate is the right climate to do it. Please do not buy these anymore.

    Sister purchased a 50$ gift card as a Christmas ********** card is conveniently not activated according to customer support. Strange this is Happening to so many customers. Whole gift card concept and company is extremely frustrating, annoying, and pointless. Scam.

If there is an activation related issue (frustrating as it is, it does happen if the store doesn't properly activate the card), we'll be happy to help you get that handled. I'm sure you can understand that we can't just activate any cards people say are valid at their word, unfortunately we see a very high fraud rate on the cards being stolen from the displays at stores. Please rest assured we will help you through the process to get it activated! I do see that you were able to redeem a $100 gift card for golf this past weekend. I hope that you enjoyed your round.     My brother and I received Go Play Golf gift cards for Christmas last year and have been trying to use them to take our kids to Top Golf. This requires a conversion that is advertised as a feature of the gift card. The prosses has been nothing short of arduous and frustrating. I received an email from Top Golf indicating that the cards were not able to be converted because of a number conflict and to send a photo of the back of the cards to begin the verification prosses. We are still waiting to hear back. This seems to me to be an absolutely redundant way of doing things. A gift card of any sort should be able to be used at the advertised place of business without restrictions. If a Go Play Golf gift card is accepted at a golf course you should be able to walk in, swipe the card and use it. Just like a **** gift card or any other gift card for that matter without having to go through some verification or pre booking. My advise is two fold. For those considering purchasing a Go Play Golf gift card,maybe just get a **** gift card or something that can be used without major hassles. To the people at Go Play Golf, your system is completely fouled and judging by the many other reviews I am not the only one that feels this way. If you can not provide a product that is useable in a reasonable manner then you should either make it that way or just fold up shop and stop scamming people that are just trying to do something nice for someone else. Shame on you!

My sincere apologies that you had any trouble redeeming your gift cards. I do see that you submitted your gift cards for conversion to TopGolf Gift Cards on 10/1/24 and that based on the number of cards you were redeeming (7) a customer service representative asked for additional information as a standard precaution against fraud. You promptly replied with that detail on 10/2/24 and that same day the gift cards were converted for you. I appreciate the very nice reply you sent to our customer service representative also. Since your TopGolf cards were promptly issued to you, and the correspondence between you and the customer service representative was so positive, I'm truly sorry that this has escalated to a complaint. Given the nature of the gift card industry, we do have security protocols in place that sometimes require additional information. Go Play Golf does this in an effort to protect our customers against fraud. I apologize you were inconvenienced, but I am glad that you received the TopGolf cards you requested and appreciate your positive correspondence with the customer service team.     I purchased a Go Play Golf gift card through Giftory on May 29th, expecting it to be redeemable at over ***** courses nationwide, as advertised. Nowhere was it mentioned that there would be restrictions or limitations.However, when trying to book a round at a public course, I was repeatedly met with a "Best Deals Only" message, which severely limits my options. This is a complete departure from what was promised, and I feel misled by the marketing.I reached out to Giftory and Go Play Golf for assistance, but they offered no real help. Instead, I was told to keep checking for available tee times and that refunds could not be processed due to their 30-day refund ********* extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The unnecessary limitations and frustrating process for something as simple as booking a round at ******************* are unacceptable. This product was not delivered as advertised, and I feel completely scammed.For anyone reading this review, stay away from Giftory and Go Play Golf. Save yourself the frustration and your time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ****** a result, I will no longer use Go Play Golf or any services associated with Giftory. I will be sharing this negative experience with others and strongly advising against their services.Thank you, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    It's a rip-off. A lot of courses do not accept the cards and even the ones that do it's very complicated to redeem. The cards only go toward booking fees. Avoid this product like the plague.

    Avoid this company. Receive goplaygolf cards often for gifts. There is always an issue when I go to redeem them with goplaygolf stating there is no value or they were not activated. Last redemption was told $100 of card value not redeemable and I would need the original receipt in order for them to redeem. Another stolen $100 from this company and will be asking others to not purchase these cards as they are a scam

    GoPlay Golf gift cards are worthless! You cant check the balance and you cant convert to a Topgolf gift card! They dont answer their phone number but take your name and number, then they DONT call you back! SCAM!
