Paradise Plumbing + AC were a 10 out of 10 for workmanship, ethics, timely manner and friendliness to replace my hot water heater. ****** is a tremendous asset to the company. Ask for him if you need work done. You won't be disappointed!

Trying this here as I think they deleted my 1 star review I submitted through their website. They did an acceptable job with some minor plumbing issues I had so I thought I could trust them when they recommended I install a new air conditioning unit. Unfortunately I had several issues with the installation and they were increasingly less and less helpful as I had to continue to ask them to finish the job. There does not seem to be any communication between the techs and the management so I would have to explain what was going on repeatedly to both parties, basically acting as an on call project manager. There is no single point person that you can connect with and they refuse to communicate in any way other than speaking on the phone. After several experiences of being told something verbally, such as an appointment being made, only to find out later they had no record of it, I have very little faith in them. Most recently I asked for an email confirmation of an appointment which was only sent after multiple phone calls, and included a passive aggressive bible quote about how I am a bad person and ****** will judge me. *** never complained about any prices and have paid what they ask everytime. All I wanted was a professional company that would do what I had asked and paid for, to me that is not unreasonable. The most surprising thing throughout the 10 months of me dealing with this a/c issue is that I have never once been contacted by any kind of manager who has attempted to resolve the issues. It seems that once they received the money from me for the a/c they dont care about actually providing the service. The do call me frequently asking for me to give them a review but apparently if its not 5 stars they will just delete it anyways.

I trust the workmanship of Paradise Plumbing and umbing technician ***** with our plumbing needs. He was very thorough with a complicated hot water installation. Will definitely recommend Paradise Plumbing to anyone seeking a high quality plumber with fair pricing.
