    Worst airline ever. Blamed me not rescheduling my flight when they had nothing else coming from the Bahamas. And the Bahamas airport is so small you walk onto the tarmac and walking into the airplane only one planes boarded at a time. Also once a planes landed and the people left you got on that same plane, I’ve never been to such a small airport. Their 5 hour delay cause me to miss my connecting flight and they blamed me for not booking them together and they refused to compensate me for anything. The Bahamas airport only offered bottled water and expensive food to purchase that didn’t even fill my 8 and 10 year old up. Thank god for spirit airlines they rebooked me at no cost so I didn’t end up having to pay thousands to get home. And the insurance didn’t cover delays and missed connecting flights.

    Just don't even use this airline. Cancels flights for zero reasons pertaining to weather, and is impossible to get a refund. Absolute disaster of a company.

    Worst airline ever. They changed the departing time so much that we arrived to the terminal we found that it was 1 hr delayed. We grab something to eat and drink, and headed to the gate 45 min prior to the delayed departure time but when we arrived, we found that they changed the departure time to the original time, so we missed the flight by 10 min. Their response: well we changed the time on the board, and announced it here at the gate. They didnt bother to call our names on the overhead system. I never thought I would feel like this, but I will be happy when they file for bankruptcy.

    Stay away from Silver Airlines, period. They have zero regard for their customers. They casually cancel flights without notice. Just one big nightmare. If you read all the reviews and still use them, you deserve their punishment.

    Silver Airways is the worst airline in history. on 2-3-25 my wife's flight from *************** to ******* was delayed over 3 hours, and it had nothing to do with weather conditions. During this time, the flight clerks did not give an explanation for this delay, nor did they offer any compensation. My wife landed on ******* over 3 hours late, had to pay her driver an extra $30 for waiting for her. When my wife contacted Silver demanding compensation under Federal Law, they refused, claiming since she took the flight, they didn't owe her anything. First of all, they kept delaying the flight, so she did not know when the plane would leave to book another flight. By the time the 3 hours came, there was no other flight to take. Reading on the internet, Silver filed for bankruptcy in Dec. 2024. Why were they allowed to operate in Dec. 2025 ? They are violated Federal law, which says any delay over 3 hours not weather related must be compensated. When I sent a demand notice to their listed CEO, **** ********* in ***************, it was returned by the post office as **************** not use this airline.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE! After 4 flight delays & 6 hours later the flight was canceled! Rebooked for the next day & already 2 delays! UNBELIEVABLE! This LACK of PROFESSIONALISM is SICKENING! They have RUINED peoples vacations, business ************** who NEEDED to get home!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!I can't wrap my head around it!!

    Silver Airways has been accused of fraudulent practices, as they reportedly charge customers for flights that do not operate. I purchased a ticket through Expedia for a flight scheduled to depart from Pensacola Airport on Sunday, February 1st. The flight experienced multiple delays before ultimately being canceled. Upon contacting per phone Expedia for a refund, I was informed that United Airlines, which processed the order, was responsible for issuing the refund. However, United Airlines also per phone insists that the flight with Silver Airways departed as scheduled, which is inaccurate. An United Airline agent at the airport confirmed to the phone customer service the plane has never left. Passengers were compelled to book alternative flights at their own expense to reach their destinations, with no refunds being offered. Customer service from Silver Airways or United Airlines has been nonexistent. As of today, February 7th, my return date, I find myself once again at the airport facing further delays, while it appears the airline is aware of their operational issues and is exacerbating the situation, leading to inflated prices from other carriers.

    We arrived at our destination two hours late because of a delay (12/6/24). The return flight was at 7:30 a.m. (12/8/24). We received three delay notices (8:30, 9:30, 11:30 a.m.) before the flight was canceled. We were told the same happened to some people the night before. They had to spend the night at the airport sleeping on the floor. We had to rent a car to get home. I would not recommend this airline to my worst enemy! Now we have to try to get a refund for the flight, the baggage claim, and the rental car. We tried calling ******* because my husband booked through their site. No help. Very disappointed. Also, all agents for other airlines were checking people in before 5 a.m.. The staff for this airline arrived 15 minutes after 5 a.m. and didn't start checking people in until maybe 5:30 a.m.
