      On August 8th, 2023 I spoke with ************************* regarding my business plan in order to see if her services could assist me in building my business. ********* was confident she could help me grow and scale my business with her Coaching framework. Her business offered 6 months coaching along with a guarantee that I would make at least $15,000 within that 6 month time frame - if not, I would be given a refund for my investment ($7,500). ********* abruptly closed the business in January/February. I didn't make one dime while in her program. She failed to give a refund. There are countless other women in the same situation.

      I hired ********* for 1:1 business coaching sessions. I had 2 sessions and then she just quit responding. I have connected with several other women who have went through the same thing. I was told I would receive my contract and receipt once payment was sent and this never happened. This woman is a fraud. I want my money refunded and to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I'm telling anyone interested in hiring her to please do your research!

      I signed up for a course to learn how to become an online coach. The owner ********* breached her own agreement. She lost most of her employees due to her not paying them and then said I had more than enough time to learn how to make my money back from her system. What is interesting is that 75 other registered people have had the same issue. She decided when everyone started requesting a refund that she would just close the doors and change the name of the program along with her LLC. Now we are locked out of a program we paid for and she is withholding our refund fraudulently.

      I paid $7500 for a business development coaching program. The company did not provide the services agreed upon in the contract signed and has closed down the business. I have attempted to contact the business by email on several occasions with no response. No phone number is provided to call.

      On 6/17/2023 I entered into a contract with Elite Coach Group LLC. I was part of a coaching program where the contract required me to pay $7500.00 and others to pay $7500-$15,000. The contract was breached and the business was misrepresented in marketing and delivery. There are more than 100 women who are victims, which means at least $1.5 - 2,000,000.The CEO is *************************, and shes closed the business, forfeiting all of us our money back despite a contractual guarantee. Shes positioning herself to be a financial advisor by leveraging these stolen funds. Victims are in communication and wanting to make sure this doesnt happen to other people.

      Respected BBB team,I signed up for *************************'s program CRA (Coach Revenue Accelerator) by Elite Coach Group LLC on Nov 20th 2023. I paid $7500 for the full program. It was supposed to be a 6 month program with deliverables like website, lead magnet designs, social media templates, etc with a guarantee to continue the services until we make $15000 revenue.The owner ********* closed the company / program on Feb 16th. After that she refused to engage in any meaningful conversation or address concerns via zoom/email. Removed/blocked me and other peers from to avoid confrontation on social media, while she continues to post about how her haters are toxic and trying to bring her down while she continues to shine her light. She basically took our money, closed the company, and denying responsibility. The degree of denial and deflection baffles me. The lack of empathy baffles me. People like ********* who refuse to embody any form of empathy or take fair responsibility for their actions, conning people to take their hard earned money while she refuses to deliver or refund and instead tell them that they are toxic haters who just want to bring her down, represent everything that is wrong with the world today. She continues to advertise herself as a leader and business coach to new audience, while blocking us out, unable to get any resolution or warn people. Unfortunately social media allows to portray this selective view which is working out in her favor allowing her to deny responsibility.There are at least 30 other ladies in similar position that I am in. Several others that haven't been fairly paid for their services. As per our estimate she has committed financial fraud whose value exceeds hundreds of thousands of dollars (potentially close to a $1M+). Her coaching methods did not yield the results in the timeline that were advertised. This is a case of misrepresentation and financial fraud. Desperately seeking help from BBB team for a resolution.

      On February 16, 2024, *************************, CEO of Elite Coach Group LLC, informed myself via email that she will be abruptly shutting down her business and no longer providing the services in our contract. Our contract term was for 6 months of business coaching:Start Date: October 22, 2023 End Date: April 22, 2024. However, ********* closed the program for 2 weeks at the holidays so she offered an extension to our contract (in writing)So the official end date to my contract. May 6, 2024. Because ************************* dissolved her business on February 16, 2024, I did not receive all the services laid out in my contract. She did, in her dissolution of her business email offer group coaching 1x week on Saturdays at 2pm. However, here is a list of the services I would no longer be receiving which are listed in my contract:1. Five weekly coaching calls M-F 2. Accountability coaching 1x month 3. Success coaching 2x month 4. 2 lead magnets 5. Website 6. Email correspondence M-F On October 22, 2023 I paid in full via credit card $7500 for the program.

      On June 23, 2023, I signed up for Elite Coaching Group, LLC ( a service NOT a good). While on the phone ******************* the sales Rep. ******** stated on the recorded Zoom call and via email that I would be subject to a money-back guarantee if I did not earn 15K in income while in the program if I completed all tasks required by me. Per my Elite Coaching Group, LLC contract as stated in section 1: SERVICES which is attached and highlighted ($15k GUARANTEE: *Company guarantees that Client will generate at least $15,000 in total gross revenue while inside this Program). Have done everything my contract has required and beyond and I have not reached 15K in revenue to date and would like/ask that the money-back guarantee be enforced. Again, this is a service and not a good. All information about the money-back guarantee is located on pages 1-2;.

      You are suggesting there was a misunderstanding or confusion of services in signing up with our company and enrolling in our program, Coaching Revenue Accelerator, but you have been inside the program for months now. 

      You enrolled with ***************************** on May 10, 2023. You also signed our binding client agreement in DocuSign on May 10th, 2023.

      It makes no sense that you would participate in the program, attend coaching calls, receive a full brand kit, go through the course curriculum, and then 4 months later say there was any confusion about the program, deliverables or agreement.

There is zero pressure or misrepresentation at the end of this call for you to buy or purchase anything and we do not close the sale based on your trauma.       Client can prove 100% completion of the Program digital course modules
      Client can prove a beta-launch was completed which includes sharing the beta offer and 5 beta promo posts taught within the Program curriculum.

      Elite Coach Group LLC does not issue refunds for the reasons this client is stating and she is accusing us of "closing" the sale based on "trauma" which is not true. Additionally, she has emailed me more than once with legal threats and using intimidation, while making false accusations. Our client agreement is very clear on the criteria that is required by the client to have a refund request reviewed or considered. ******** did not complete the 6 months and did not provide any proof of work. 

      It is also inappropriate and irrelevant to upload a consumer report which reveals personal family members names and home addresses. While this information is available to the public, my husband and I do not want our family members personal information published or brought into this matter. Please redact all personal information. 

      I'm asking for your help in removing this complaint or making sure that it does not get published on your website. There is no validity to the statements being made by ******************************
