Details... All these details were previously sent to the collection agency BAS Mgmt on Aug 22nd; Regarding the Ear Doctor appointment on February 28th 2020, here are the facts relating to the bill. Conversation with office stated that an ear 'test' was preferred but not required. I showed up to my appointment on Feb 28th. An assistant helped check me in, took vitals. I informed her that I did not have an ear test. She said that may be a problem, but continued to process me. I then waited for dr. Doctor then told me he needed me to HAVE A HEARING TEST before he could diagnose me. There was NO ADVICE given to me. There was NO PRESCRIPTION. Only that I needed a hearing test, then another consultation. Appts made, but office cancelled due to pandemic. New appt times had 60 day+ wait. I went with another dr. Bill of $250+ received in July '20. I called office for explanation. I received NO callback on dispute. Collection from BAS mgmt has complaint site that doesnt work.Ltr written,no resp
