Highly disappointed with this school. I went here because I thought it would be better and faster than the other schools. I paid off all my classes and decided to not continue at this school summer of 2024. I am now getting billed by keiser for I believe classes they continued to enroll me into when I specifically told them I will not be attending this school anymore. They have made fraudulent charges for $926.29, again I wouldnt have been able to take any of my classes if they werent paid for which was through my own bank and through my Pell ******

For two weeks i have been trying to get to speak to anyone other than a receptionist to request a non-enrollment verification letter. I have called over 200 times and not once been able to speak to anyone from any department or even receive a reply. I have left over 20 voicemails. I have been hung up on 78 times. I have been transferred between almost every department. And absolutely nobody seems to know how to answer a phone. This is extremely unethical and unprofessional. This schools administration treats people like dirt and doesnt seem to care once they have a job. Disgusting excuse for a university. This school needs to have better standards or shut down because this is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional

I had considered returning to school to complete a 4 year degree. When I attempted to enroll with Keiser I was denied financial aid, which precluded me from continuing with the enrollment. I never attended any classes, I never received any money from this university, and yet they have opened a collections account against my credit. They are claiming I owe thousands of dollars, which again I was never given. I have filed a dispute through the credit reporting agencies, but have thus far been denied.

Keiser finally returned my call. They are claiming in 2019 I received two disbursements. I spoke with my back who searched my records. Keiser claims April 2019, but my ***** says those deposits never happened. I am awaiting the receipt of my statements via postal service to provide document proof. Keiser is either lying or their records are wrong.

In 2017, I was living in **************** and decided to get a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. I met with an advisor and they informed the way the school operates is 1 class per month & for me, that sounded great! However, I was told financial aid would not cover my costs but if I signed a paper (unsure of what it was), then I would be taking out a loan for the total cost of the program so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Well, I attended the online section for some time. (I don't remember exactly how long since it's now 2024). One day, I was called by Keiser asking if I am planning on paying my balance. Completely blindsided and clueless, I stated that I signed up for financial aid and loans to cover my costs. The lady (VERY RUDE by the way) basically told me "Ummm no. You aren't eligible for financial aid and it shows you owe the university $10,000". I was SHOCKED. To that, I told her "I do not have that kind of money. That's insane. I am less than a year away from getting my Bachelors. What can I do?". she stated "Um pay the $10,000 by the end of the week or we have no choice but to dismiss you from our school". ****** off, I told her to just dismiss me then. Anyway, in 2019, I moved back to ******** & pretended Keiser didn't happen as I was in a REALLY bad spot in my life (Left addict ex). In 2022, I looked into going to a community college here in ******** and while requesting my official transcripts, Keiser University sent an email saying to contact them to get this transcript. Upon doing that, whoever I talked to told me that I need to pay them $10,000 directly or they will not release my transcript. Now (204) I have the opportunity to get a degree in business but Keiser will not give me my transcript so I am unable to pursue school ever again. HELP?! I want to just forget those Criminal Justice credits and start over but FAFSA requires ALL previous transcripts. I want to just get a degree in Business and forget Keiser even happened but can't. HELP ME.

For me to take the time out of work to write this review is completely unacceptable. I've attended Keiser university back in 2013, I've never notice an issue while attending the school, up until now when I got a call from a collection agency saying Keiser University drop my file on their desk for collection, and that this have been in collection since 2020, I then ask them why didn't anyone contacted me, we're in 2024, he says they just recieve my file . I've never recieved any phone calls or mail from Keiser University or their lenders that they pair you up with, this is completely unprofessional and unrighteous to the students who trust an institution for schooling, but not in Keiser university eyes. I repeat to all students who might have a pending application or thinking of attending Keiser university, This review is too prevent you new students who may have aspiration attending this school. I've never had this issue all the years I've attended college taking loans. 99% of my loans are in forbearance because I've recieved mail and calls for the 99%, and the 1% someone drop the ball, or not doing their job they were paid to do and contact the student and inform them or send the student notifications. A trust worthy institution wouldn't pair their student with lenders that are not trust worthy with their students. I tried calling Keiser University Pembroke Pines, spoke to ansar financial aid associate even he understood that this situation that occurred was completely wrong doing. The director of admission said he was going to get with the Financial aid director ************************ involved to find a solution, I guess she did not care enough to resolve an issue but rather telling the financial aid associate ansar its not Keiser university fault and to call collections and figure it out.Keiser University violated my trust, feel disgusted with the unprofessionalism. I feel like the resolution to this issue is complete full refund of my file they sent to collections

I was encouraged to enroll to this school by Advisor *******************************, after enrollment she completely disappeared, sent her multiple emails no response, during the time of my enrollment I became homeless and was able to focus so I asked if i can take a semester off so that I could find a place to stay, after going back and forth with the advisors they told me I was not eligible to do so but I could in March so I requested that in March to step away; They continued to enroll me in classes without my knowledge, I did not have access to my laptop due to my living situation so I could not access any of my schoolwork or school email. Last week I sent up a phone call to reapply for FASFA and when I got on the call with my advisor ******************** she stated that they withdrew me, I did not receive a single phone call or email from the school nor did anyone reach out to me about my living situation to see when I was able to return back to school. ******************* De **** was not only rude but continued to let me know that it was MY FAULT. They charged me 8k for 1 semester, Failed all of my classes with no help from advisor or Instructors; not only after withdrawing me ******************** falsely went to another colleague ******* and stated that I was interested in re-enroll; I explained to her I never once said that and this school was never interested in helping me, so please do not call me again ******* proceeded to keep calling me. They call you repeatedly to get you to enroll to take advantage of the money that you may have, they are not interested in helping you career wise, its all about the money.
