      In 2023, I booked and paid for a September 2024 cruise with MSC. In March 2024, MSC changed the rules that allowed passengers to bring water, soda and juice aboard. Those items are no longer allowed. This rule changed after I paid for the cruise, and it will cost me a lot of money for a drink package. I am requesting onboard credit of $250.Booking # ********

      I had to call guest services repeatedly for the room *******. He did not refill soap in the sink, soap in the shower, and toilet tissue, my pillow went missing and he did not bring towels. I got stuck on the toilet with the last bit of toilet tissue, making a bowel movement, and ended up using one of their towels. The hallways smelled foul throughout the cruise. People threw cigarettes on our balcony and I had to leave my balcony due to smoke. I paid $162 for an Adults Only ****************** private beach, with drinks and lunch. I GOT 20 minutes in the lagoon, one and a half cups of drinks, ushered under a gazebo to stand person to person for hours, with no place to sit (I am disabled) and told when the storm let up, (it was time to board the ferry's anyway), to get across the bridge and get on the ferry. A person told people to go back out and play with the dolphins, because they would not get a refund. I was to have a buffet lunch, which I didn't receive. The storm destroyed the umbrellas and sent furniture into the lagoon. Their manager told me I was the only one who complained and she booked the excursion for someone else and they were happy. She showed me a picture of food on a plate (with no people) and said there was food available. I asked for only a partial refund for the missing food. I hadn't eaten since 8 am, as I expected lunch. I didn't get food until 9:30 pm. Their ship to JFK Excursion had us waiting in the lounge until 8:30 am. We went to every terminal at the airport, including people who weren't leaving until 4 pm, before ours, which left at 10:45 am. We arrived in time to literally run to the bathroom and run to the departing plane. I CANNOT RUN! Children came running in during a movie and sat on the tops of the chairs and rode them down to a sitting position, and no one stopped them. I asked a cruise person and he said he was just security and it wasn't a security issue. Fruit flies were flying around the **** bar.
