    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Master Sliding Door Repair regarding a service issue I encountered with their company. On April 2 2024, I hired Master Sliding Door Repair to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door. The total cost of the service was $250, which was paid in cash upon completion of the job.The technician dispatched by Master Sliding Door Repair successfully replaced the rollers as agreed upon. However, during the course of the replacement, a crucial s**** that holds the frame of the sliding glass door together was removed but not properly replaced. This oversight has compromised the safety and stability of the door.Upon realizing this issue, I promptly contacted Master Sliding Door Repair to request that the technician return to rectify the situation by reinstalling the s**** The technician assured me that they would return to address the issue, but despite repeated attempts to follow up and schedule a revisit, the technician has failed to honor their commitment.I have made three separate calls to Master Sliding Door Repair on April 11,15 and 16 2024, each time speaking with their representative who promised that management would contact me to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication or follow-up from the management team as promised.This lack of accountability and failure to provide adequate customer service is unacceptable. Not only has Master Sliding Door Repair neglected to fulfill their obligation to complete the service properly, but they have also demonstrated a disregard for customer concerns and a failure to uphold basic standards of professionalism.I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from Master Sliding Door Repair, and I am requesting the following actions to be taken:A prompt resolution to the issue by sending a qualified technician to reinstall the missing s**** and ensure the sliding glass door is safe and secure.Improved communication from Master Sliding Door Repair regarding the status of my complaint and a commitment to follow through on promises made to customers.A refund or partial refund of the service fee as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by Master Sliding Door Repair's negligence and poor customer service.I trust that the ********************** will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that Master Sliding Door Repair upholds its responsibilities to its customers and adheres to ethical business practices.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
