      I do not know how this company has gotten my personal cell phone number, but I keep getting cold-contacted by different employees from different phone numbers, so I cannot block them. I have asked how they got my number and employees won't tell me. I want them to stop contacting me, it is unsolicited and unwanted.

      They won't stop sending spam texts. I'm not even a doctor. I have no affiliation to medical practices. I have no clue how they got my number. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING. Texting "STOP" won't even stop the text messages.

      This company has sent me Scam/junk text Messages serveral times a week for over two years. I repeatedly block the number they are sending from, but they keep using a new number each time. Its highly annoying, time consuming and disruptive to my work. I wish to be removed from all their marketing lists.

      This company has repeatedly contacted me and my family via text and call with unsolicited recruitment offers. My father is a physician and this company managed to get every cell phone number on his family plan and spams us all every other month. They harass us with messages intended towards my father who has never initiated contact with or expressed any interest in working with them. This has to be illegal. I have reported them to BBB once already and continue to be contacted.

      Repeated unsolicited contacts despite requesting to be removed from the contact list of this company. They have zero respect or decency. This is the SECOND time I've reported them to the BBB about this same issue.

      I am a 59 year old physician who has worked in the same group for 30 years. I have never done any Locums Tenens work, or inquired about Locums work at any point in my career. Every several weeks I receive unsolicited texts from Hayes Locums with offers to work in various locations. I have responded gracefully that I am not interested, and have asked to have my name and number removed so that I am not called anymore. My requests have been ignored and I am filing this complaint to get the harassing texts to simply stop. I understand these recruiters have a difficult job, and have expressed that in my replies, but enough is enough.

      Exactly what the previous complaint stated. I have no idea how these people got my contact information, I assume they purchased it illegally as I have never solicited them. I also get unsolicited emails all the time as a health professional, but this company really goes above and beyond, by purposely not including an unsubscribe button, and with one rep after another emailing me on at at least weekly, despite repeated requests on my part to be taken off their contact lists. They are aggressive and obnoxious in their repeated attempts to email me, even though I have made clear that I am not interested in locums work and want nothing to do with them.

      Hayes Locums is the worst and most aggressive locums company that I have ever had an experience dealing with. As a health professional, i get a number of unsolicited emails from locums companies looking for physicians. However, this company went above and beyond by finding the phone number of my wife and my mother in law and began texting unsolicited pitches that were directed toward me. They all came from ***********************. I have tried contacting him in order to ask for this harassment to stop but have not been able to get a hold of him. I have never had any other locums company harass me or my family in this manner. These practices are not only unethical but also illegal. It is obvious from other peoples experiences that this is an ongoing issue with this company for many years and they have not changed their tactics.
