  I hired Gordon to take care of a speeding ticket for me and he asked that I pay and email his assistant *** my information as well as a copy of the ticket. Once that is complete Id expect an email back from *** explaining the next steps. *** emailed back stating what Gordon explained on the phone. That the ticket will be taken care of and then heard nothing back for over 2 months. Indian River County sent me a suspended license warning since I missed paying the ticket since Gordon plead nolo on my behalf but didnt win completely and I was ordered to pay a small fine but Gordon failed to notify me and there are several instances I have read in several reviews regarding his unethical way of running a business. Long story short it caused me a massive headache now I need to check to make sure my license isnt suspended but also incurred a $23 penalty.

  Client received a great result with no convictions, no guilty verdicts, etc. By law, defendants are required to pay any fines determined by the court at the end of the case. A copy the attached order was mailed with the attached cover letter. The Court also mailed the attached order directly to defendant which contains his name and address. Defendant states he received no correspondence from this firm as well as the clerk of courts with his mailing information. Defendant has also made multiple threats.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  

  Gordon never notified me of the court outcome.  He has a long history of complaints whereas he continues to blame the US mail system for his clients not receiving court documents.

  Gordon states he will communicate when in fact he does not.  Any lawyer I worked with in the past would send a court document with certified mail.  Gordon has zero proof that he mailed the documents and if he was acting on my behalf wouldnt the court documents be sent to Gordon to communicate with his client?

  Gordon continues to call and threaten me and needs to be looked into legally.

  The defendant's  allegations are false. He is unable to explain that that both the clerk of court with his address and my office with the same address mailed him the disposition of his case. See attached documentation. Moreover we have successfully represented thousands of clients over the years and the hundreds of 5 star reviews on ****** are a small snapshot.  If Defendant was not arrogant, deceptive and malicious, he would not be whining about a $23.00 late after receiving no convictions after being placed on notice....The Defendant's threats yesterday were also not productive.
