      Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone due to a range of issues that demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and competence. From my experience, they are not only difficult to work with but also pose a significant liability to their clients.First, communication with this firm is extremely challenging. They consistently fail to respond in a timely manner, leaving clients in the dark during critical times. When they do respond, their tone is often unprofessional and rude, making interactions needlessly stressful. Rather than clarifying or guiding, their communication feels dismissive and disrespectful, which is hardly the service one would expect from a professional firm.Their billing practices are equally troubling. They seem to pad their invoices with charges that dont reflect the actual work done, creating unnecessary and inflated costs for clients. Transparency in billing is essential, and unfortunately, this firm appears to lack integrity in this area. Instead of clear and itemized statements, clients are left questioning the legitimacy of charges, which, in my experience, felt exaggerated and unwarranted.Their handling of legal matters is incompetent at best and downright irresponsible at worst. They failed to guide me through important processes, and rather than assisting with the resolution of my issues, their actions ultimately led to me being sued. Their negligence and poor advice created additional legal problems instead of resolving my initial concerns.On top of that, they resort to threats rather than working collaboratively with clients. It is one thing to set boundaries, but its another to make clients feel intimidated or bullied. This approach is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in any client-service relationship.These ongoing issues ultimately led me to file a complaint with the disciplinary committee against ******, a key member of the firm.
