  Rich provided a detailed estimate for my move and was transparent about all the costs, which I appreciated. Paula, as always, was a master at organizing everything, keeping me in the loop the entire time. The movers were quick but didn’t rush—they took their time making sure everything was securely packed. My delicate items arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  Since I was moving alone and knew I wouldn't be able to do it alone, I decided to hire movers. They handled my possessions with the highest double packing-pack of delicate stuff, so I'm happy I did. Thanks to them, I got everything undamaged. 10 out of 10 service!

  This company truly understands how to handle a move the right way. They were prompt, professional, and took excellent care of my belongings. I was worried about my glassware, but they packed everything so well that not a single item was damaged. Their team was efficient and polite, and the entire move was completed on schedule. Highly recommended!

  Scammers, if someone is reading this wondering if they should book them, DONT. they hold your stuff hostage until you pay higher amount than quoted originally!!! ***** is a conman and unethical

  Nothing could have gone more smoothly than my first move with Nationwide Moving Solutions! My possessions were packed and delivered securely to my 3-bedroom apartment by my moving consultant, ***, and his amazing crew of movers. I'll definitely use them again!

  I chose Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC as my broker for an interstate move in March/April. I was quoted for ***** cubic feet based on a detailed inventory reviewed multiple times with their team.On moving day, the carrier they hiredAmerican Home Moversclaimed my belongings used ***** cubic feet (a 70% increase) and refused to provide any proof, markings, or measurement. I immediately contacted ***** at Nationwide to report the discrepancy. I was told it would be investigated, and per their contract, they are obligated to assist in dispute resolution.Over the next two weeks, I made multiple calls and left several voicemails trying to resolve this before delivery, knowing Id be forced to pay in full before unloading. I never once received a return call without me initiating it. Nationwide failed to follow up and took no action. Meanwhile, I was coerced into paying over $10,000a 64% increase over my estimate, in direct violation of ***** regulations governing non-binding ************ delivery, I measured the truck myself and found it had been loaded only at the front and rear, with the middle section left empty. The driver had concealed this by using a side door for unloading. The packing was clearly manipulated to make it appear the truck was full. My items fit into a 10x20 storage unit stacked to 6.5 highabout ***** cubic feet, not *****.Nationwide failed to honor every promise:They did not resolve the dispute They stopped responding once payment was secured They partnered with a carrier using deceptive and coercive tactics Ive filed complaints with the *****, ***, CSI, BBB, ****** and multiple state Attorneys General. I have full documentation, photos, and video evidence of this experience and am sharing it to warn others.

  Rich organized our transfer to a new home in KY. He was comprehensive and informative, giving a precise quote and timetable. The moving crew was on time and careful with our possessions. Without any problems, they transported our 4-bedroom house in about 9 hours. Thanks to this firm, the entire procedure was efficient and stress-free.
