This company is failing to send me information or speak to me about a car that I purchase from them last year. They are failing to give me warranty information. Every time I call they hang up in my face and I have to give them a fake name just to talk to anyone. The general manager stated that he will not “speak to” or “work with” me in getting my issue resolved. The car I brought from them, has a bad transmission, ***** who is in the finance department canceled my warranty in April 2 2020 and got a full refund and they will not tell me where and who I contact to get warranty information. They also gave false information to the DMV in regards to the warranty and the VIN number on the car. The dealership went in the system and changed the VIN which is not the correct VIN that was submitted to me or the DMV.

I sat at the dealership for 5 and half hours then he i got aggravated because i needed to go pick up my son the rep then told me the part thats needed may not come in today, so i ask for a manager to c abt getting a loner. I got a loner 3 hours later i get a call from the rep now saying or now its no longer a misfire now its a bunch of leak and other things now 2300 worth or work and nothing that warranty covers. The next i call spoke to service manager he told me that my rep was off that dayhe would investigate today and get back to me it. I waited the whole day no one has gotten back to me at all. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2021/12/28) */ I would to say that after this general manager reached out to me and was very thorough got to the bottom of it. His communication skills exceeded my exceeded my expectation he explained everything to me and didn't rush me off the phone although his investigation he realized that my mile were over the limits for it to be covered by warranty which wasn't explained to me. He was very helpful in getting them to cover the cost thanks ******* i believe his name was.

I purchased a car and bought a GAP policy at the same time from Autonation. When I paid off my car I filed for a refund and received notice I was entitled to over $500. I completed the form for the refund and sent it in. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. It has been 12. I have called and sent email with no response.

This Dealership neglected and damaged my *** during the time when my ******** *** was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. Sprinter got scratched and car seats got damaged. Very Poor ******** Service. I spoke to both managers of the ***** ******** **** and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for ********-****. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued.
