    They say you can get your deposit back within 30 days, but also say that it takes 45 days for a representative to contact you about your requested reservation. So you may not know until after 30 days if they will even give you your reservation. Pretty much impossible to know if you need to request your deposit back until they confirm if you granted your requested vacation days.

    We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file.  Gocrv.com is a fulfillment company, obligated to fulfill based on the written terms.  The offer states once the deposit is paid, an invitation email will be sent within 45 days that will direct the guest to call the reservation dept.  The reservation deposit is refundable if travel is not booked, and you can request it at any time.  It doesnt need to be requested within 30 days, and we apologize for any confusion.  We contacted this guest and confirmed travel, outside of the terms.     I accepted a vacation deal from ***** and bought the package. Then put $150 deposit on the hotel room in ********** tenn. I was told within 14 days I would receive information about location of hotel. Then I was given a number to call to schedule my stay. ************. I have called for weeks with nothing. I cannot reach noone.

    This company is allegedly a travel agency and as a travel agency they have a duty to inform several instances to consumers. Lets start with issues that need resolution:1. There is no email to communicate with this company. 2. The numbers that you call have a call back system that doesnt work.3. When you wait for a live agent, the system will say its an approximate wait for 8 minutes but you will hold for hours. I have proof of waiting in excess of 8 hours! 4. The cabins are limited and when you ask for them to search again, they have a two search limit. Im almost positive this place has 2 people working here. They do not care and its a huge hassle to deal with them. I do not recommend them. We want a refund of the deposit, our sanity we wont get back, our time we wont get back, but the very least a deposit is warranted .

    We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file.  Gocrv.com, the fulfillment company that books the travel, is experiencing a high call volume.With receiving over 1000 calls a day, the reservation reps do have to limit the number of searches per call, to allow time to assist each caller. Our records show this guest had spoken to reservations and received offers multiple times and on the last call, she requested a refund.  As requested, the offer has been cancelled, and the deposit refund has been processed.     My son and I had a trip planned a seven day cruise till the ****************** and to ***********. Due to medical circumstances beyond my control, I am not able to take the trip. I requested that we downsize or get a partial refund and Go CRV would not do either. My son is forced to travel alone without being able to get a partial refund.

    We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file.  We strongly disagree with this complaint and find it completely unfounded.  Gocrv.com is a fulfillment company, obligated to fulfill based on the written terms.  We dont have any influence on the cruise lines policies. The certificate, the web site and the reservation call were clear that all reservations are non-refundable.  The call with the son, who made the reservation, was reviewed and it was stated multiple times that there are no refunds and if a change to the reservation is made, it will incur change fees.  ********************* was offered on the reservation call and was declined. The reservation is under full penalty with the cruise line and no refunds can be given.  We take pride in our business and efforts in satisfying our customers travel needs.  Customer Service Network Group has closed this file.

    0n 8/16/2024, my husband and I listened to a video sales representation, after receiving a post card stating we would get a complimentary cruise. we fell for the sales pitch and gave them deposit of $202.99 on 8/27/2024. my credit card transaction was 7534533L10V9148x8, on my Care Credit card. We submitted a request for a trip, only to received an email stating to pick a new itinerary (dates). after numerous calls to various phone numbers, We received no help. We received numerous email from the company from 8/18/2024-9/11/2024, stating they were nto assist us with finalizing our vacation plans.10/29/2024, ************ sploke to ***** 11/16/2024, same number left a message 11/16/2024, spoke to ***** at the same number, asked to speak to a supervisor, was given the name of ****, but she was not available 3/5/2025 spoke to Cat, who was going to escalate to a supervisior was given a reservation phone numbr ofn ************. At 12:15 pm I called this number, only to be put onhold for 2:54 minutes, when **** answered, asked a few questions and put me back on hold. When she returned we gave the itinerry of Western Carribean cruise out of ********* on 6/1/2025, with a second date of leaving 6/1/2025 while composing this letter, I have been on hold for 1;15 minutes.I just would like my deposit returned. as a senior citizen couple, that money could be put to better use.I have all correspondence with this company if more information is needed.

Gocrv.com is the fulfillment company that books the travel and not the company you were calling and leaving messages for.  Our records show that this guest spoke with reservations and was made a couple of offers. She then decided to change the travel option and called back; some calls to our company were made after we were closed.     I attended a timeshare presentation and received a cruise certificate as compensation after providing a $100 initial payment to secure the certificate. I subsequently contacted ***** and paid a $150 deposit without any issues. However, I have attempted to book my cruise with ***** on two separate occasions and have been on hold for over an hour each time. Despite selecting the call-back option, I have not received a response. If my cruise cannot be booked, I would like to request a refund.     Was part of a Wyndham timeshare that offered free 4,5, or 7 day cruise through ***** for 75$, then after registering with GOCRV you place a 150$ deposit with GOCRV. I placed my deposit. I waited (up to 14 days as informed) and received my information that I can now contact customer service to book my cruise (you cannot look on the website, you HAVE to call customer service to book and be informed of travel plans available to choose from). I received this email 2/18/25 that I can now contact an agent to book and my husband and I have been attempting to contact an agent every business day during business hours since I received this email, and it is impossible to reach anyone. I have tried the press one for an agent to call back before close of business as well and I am never contacted, so the responses Ive seen from the company to others of using this call back option-this is blatantly not true, they will not call back. I have sat on hold for hours daily until close of business, and I am not exaggerating. I am on hold as we speak for approximately an hour and 15 minutes now, and unfortunately I see numerous complaints on this site of the same experience. I am getting frustrated because there is only this one number to call, along with customer service, and I get the same experience with either two numbers. Sometimes the call will not even let me dial because of call volume. There is no way to contact this company so I have resorted to this.

    I have a certificate with ***** and was supposed to have options to have a 4, 5, or 7 night cruise. None of the requested dates were available, which I understand but there were no dates anywhere close to what we requested at the time. We called 6 months prior to the anticipated travel date. Upon calling more than 20 times to attempt to talk to a representative, I have not been successful at even getting a person on the line. I have sat on hold numerous times for 45+ minutes. I have attempted to use their callback system and never receive a call. At this point I am not able to talk to anyone to attempt to get my refund for the deposit.

    During Nov 2023, after attending a travel company and paying them the huge amount, I received a 4, 5 or 7 night cruise offer through GoCRV.com. The travel company presentation itself is a scam. And then this GoCRV.com is a scam. They charged $200 deposit. After one year, they charged again $200 deposit. I was trying to reach to book a cruise several days exactly at 9:30 am. No one answers and it said that one minute wait. I waited for 15 minutes and asked them to call me back by pressing one. But they never called me back. Almost one month now and tried the same way six times. How can I reach them? How can I talk to an agen to book a cruise or get my $400 back. Is it a scam? I saw many complaints in BBB. But they are still in business. Unbelievable

    Customer service called me and try to help me. But the price that they quoted is not acceptable. So I asked them to cancel the membership and refund the deposit. They agreed to send a check to my address. This company is better than the travel company who screwed me big with $3000. Thanks

    As part of joining ********* Vacations I was awarded the 2 tickets roundtrip ($1,000 value) to fly anywhere...inside the contiguous **. I found a location and processed the vouchers completely in accordance with the company and arranged the travel through the fulfillment company (*****). Up to this point I was not terribly disappointed because I followed everything to the "t" and everything worked out. I was made to pay a $198 REFUNDABLE deposit that was told would come back to me on 3 Feb. 2025 after I travelled. My wife and I travelled, and it is now nearly 3 weeks later and no refund! I should have gotten my $198 back on the 3rd of February per everything they said on my travel certificate and during my registration process. I have looked to see if it was refunded to my credit card...NO, I have looked in the mail for a physical check...and NO. I attempted to reach out but there is no email address for customer service which is INCREDIBLY SKETCHY. I have called Customer Service at all different hours of the day and have just sat on the phone listening to hold music for hours upon hours There is no "callback option" and I just feel helpless. They promised my refundable deposit would be refunded on 3 Feb. after travelling. I looked up the reviews on gocrv.com and they are abysmal. Story upon story of unlawful, scamming practices with non-existent customer service. I have attached emails that says the deposit would be returned after we travelled. Additionally, when I would go to gocrv.com before travelling I could click "view travel confirmation" and it would clearly states "amount of refundable deposit after travel: $198." Now when I click on it, it just says "travel complete, we hope you enjoyed your trip." I want my promised refund back, and this company to not be able to cheat people out of deposits anymore. Thank you.

    Hello, I see that the complaint was cancelled because I did not respond within the allotted time. However, I was waiting because the company said they were mailing a check within 30 days. It has now been 30 days and I have not received my refunded deposit. I would like to formally complain again regarding their dishonesty.
