    Deposit for apartment rental, lived there 9 yrs and carpet was 10 yrs old when I moved in now they are charging me for new carpet and nail holes from hanging pictures,

    The dates of wich are between July 2019-2023 Mayfair has completely ignored and done absolutely nothing to correct an employee that is not only bullying the low income residents and discriminating against them and any one that speaks against her but is also breaking laws and the rules and regulations that the property management company is supposed to abid by example I paid her a sum over 900 dollars in Feb and that covers all NY late fees all my back rent all of it up till the May 1st when my rent would have been due again she caused a "clerical error" to be able to initiate eviction process from that moment on she took my family to court four times on false allegations and when she lost she got so mad she put in a fault call to the forthmith drug task force and told them we where moving a lot of narcotics which is untrue and proving untrue in courts but had convinced them we where those people and they even said wtf after it was said and done she had us arrested for our unpaid fines and evicted stating we had drug charges again untrue slandering us to tenants and other people not even living near briarwood neighbors we had worked with andcume to be friends with over the span of our 11 year span of time as residents of Briarwood and when I reached out to the company they ignored it all and have allowed her to slander and remove families that had been there for years before she ever came she then took it a step farther by sending an anonymous package to my new property manager containing only he aligations against me not the actual court finding that completely made her complaints mute in a further attempt to destabilize my living situations after I moved out harassing me when I have not been anywhere near her or that **** complex I demand compensation for tge hardship she placeced on my family by causing me to lose my job and apartment I demand an apology from the company and some type of disciplinary action for the employee

    This business owes me a security deposit of $500 and has gave me the run around for weeks in order to not pay me. This company scams their tenants. I would like what is owed to me $500.

    I applied along with my son to rent a home with them on 12/28/2022. I was wrongfully denied due to my credit score which was above the credit requirements, then they said I it was because my income was $100 shy of the income requirement but I applied using both me and my sons income, which they did not consider his income even though I listed his income on the application and submitted his paystubs as well. Im not sure if they denied us after a virtual interview due to race or if they are just scamming people for application fee money. Id like to be refunded my application fee and make sure moving forward they practice ethical business standards.

    Dear Sirs, This is my formal complaint against Mayfair Property Management LLC.I was completely misled as to the rules and regulations of acceptance into the apartments at ***************************************************************************. Thus losing $200.00 in application fees and time wasted in pursuing this apartment.Prior to filling out an application and submitting the necessary fees, my wife and I had multiple phone conversations about the qualifications for acceptance into the apartment to verify what was written online about credit score acceptance. We explained that we had very poor credit and gave our actual credit score numbers which were very low but met the qualifications according to the MAYFAIR standards written online. We also stated, up front, that our son, who is 18, has no credit at all. We know we are not creditworthy but are cash strong and can prove income 3x rent and have reserves.We were told by the Mayfair Property Management representative that even if only one of us had the minimum credit score we would be approved. I had above the minimum credit score and my wife was below but according to their rules/regulations and the word of the representative, we would be approved. This is what was explained to us. This is what we expected as a result and this is why we moved forward with filling out the application and paying the fees.We trusted this advice given to us and submitted our applications (2x $100.00) and submitted payments for all applications to a total of $200.00. We immediately received a rejection email.When we responded via email asking why we were rejected they said it was because of the amount of debt. We were never told this was a factor nor did we read this when filling out the online application.Furthermore, when we asked for the documents they pulled to base this decision on they never complied. To this day I have not seen the documents that they allegedly pulled to make such a decision of denial. This is discriminatory being
