    This company withheld $600 of our security deposit because they didn't realize we had the apartment professionally cleaned. ********************************* said to email her the receipt and she would refund our remaining $600. I emailed her the receipt and detailed information about the professional cleaning and they still have not returned the $600.

    I have been renting an apartment from this company since 9/17/2021. I have had constant issues with the ** unit, and i have maintenance request that date as far back as December 2021. I am pregnant and since i moved in i have suspected mold. Several maintenance workers have corroborated that my ** unit is outdated, which has resulted in an extremely high electric ****. I have made several attempts to get this issue resolved. I can not keep living in a place with no working air conditioning, as it has started to affect my breathing and increased discomfort during my pregnancy.
