RAM is a great place to work. The leadership team is supportive, communicative, and genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. The company fosters a positive work culture, encourages collaboration, and values innovation. RAM provides opportunities to develop people skills, take on new challenges, and grow professionally. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling and dynamic workplace.

Rental Asset Management LLC, is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have encountered. The management and owners of this company treat their tenants like theyre nothing. The property I live in ************* most of the tenants are frustrated. I have lived here going on 2 years and maintenance request have been ignored or it is weeks before they respond. I have been asking for my unit to be tested for mold and they have never responded. When maintenance do arrive the repairs are poorly done. When they arrive they expect to enter your unit with no protected covering on their shoes when it is raining and their shoes are visibly soaked. I asked them to cover their shoes and the maintenance man got angry and left. I called and emailed the property manager and he stated I denied entry into the unit. One of the closest doors came totally off the track and I put in a maintenance request, they never responded so I propped the door against the wall and one day I walked past the door and it fell and hit me in the head. I have a witness that was here when it took place. I have had water to drip on my head while using the bathroom. I hope this is taken seriously, because you can ask other tenants and they will tell you how poorly managed this property is. Myself and other tenants have dealt with the air conditioning units and waited for weeks before they respond. The rent is totally unreasonable especially when the property is not maintained. Several tenants have reached out to ************* housing and they can only do mediation emails. It is documented of the violations after the last inspection. It is so much more I could say. But it is really sad that they get angry and frustrated with the tenants when all we are asking is for the property to be maintained.
