*** I bought a brand new 2024 grand design image 2920bs camper on 4/9/2024 from blue compassrv in *********** sc an to keep it under warranty it has to have an annual inspection to keep the camper under warranty. So I took it to the dealership in bought it from blue compass rv Spartanburg sc on 1/2/2025 i had a list of stuff that needed fixed which was aprroved trought warranty. The shop there the people are nice an said they are wating on grand design to send the parts to fix it. An that they don't get any tracking to when parts come . Also they said the manufacturer waits until they have a big shipment to send parts witch in my opinion is wrong I spent alot of money on this camper an in a few weeks the camper has been there almost 3 months which is uncalled for when the parts are aprroved they should ship them the next day. Just like everyone else does when you spend close to $60,000 dollars on a new camper an its been there for almost 3 months an a month wating on the parts to arrive so they can fix it puts a bad taste in my mouth about the blue compass rv manufacturer in ******* an there so process of getting the parts to the dealership. It is so uncalled for to have to wait almost 3 months an it might be longer . Bill a the shop at bluecompass rv in ************** is a great guy an does not have any control of when the parts will arrive. To me if you are a dealership for bluecompass when you order a part the dealership should be able to get a time line of when the parts will get in . But they dont which is crazy. I can't plan a camping trip because I don't know when I'm going to get the camper back I make the payments an cant even use the camper I think when they get done with the camper I shouldn't have to owe anything money wise I was quoted $2000 for a the warranty stuff which is c*** to have to pay just to keep the warranty valid vin # *****************Initial Complaint

I reached out to ***** ***** at the ********* location after visiting the ** show in my area. We were texting back and forth not making much progress until 4 days later I asked if there was another salesperson I could speak with because we were wanting to get the ball rolling quickly since we had a trip coming up. She then sent me a link to fill out paperwork then told me **** would be reaching out later that evening. No response again texted ***** the next morning and told me **** would be reaching out today. After all day he finally reached out almost the end of the day to tell me a ridiculous APR. I then went to my bank, gave them all the same information and was approved pending more information from ****. I called **** and left 3-4 voicemails and finally he got back with me to tell Me and was rude saying since Im not going with their in house financing that theyre gonna have to add an additional $3,000 onto my deal sheet that I sent to my local bank. Never was this communicated to me that an additional fee would be added, nor has any communication for that matter. This is extremely unethical behavior with the back and forth, barely communicating and then because Im not going with their bank add additional fees onto the deal sheet.Initial Complaint

I bought a campershell from toms camperland (blue compass rv) in 2021. DUring the purchase they misrepresented available options for the product which i asked for and was told were available. While waiting for installation I got a call from them saying they damaged my product but gave me 2 options at that time. 1. Have their in house repair guy fix it. They really pushed this option saying I'd never know the difference and it would still be under warranty. 2. Order a new one. I chose option 2 because I was paying a lot of money for the shell and didn't want something that was already damaged before I even got to look at it. They agreed. I thought. I got it installed and during the walk around I asked about the feature that was missing and they dismissed it even after i told them i was advised it was going to be installed. They dont have that option they said. I also asked if it was the original or replacement. They told me it was the replacement. I TRUSTED them and believed them. I asked again a year later because the ***** started to have issues. It's the replacement sir. ***** I believed them. I've started to have more issues I shouldn't be having prompting me to reach out to them again. I again asked them. How many POs do you have for my vehicle. Only one. Thats odd because there should be 2 not one. One for the original broken one and another for the replacement. ****. They don't even have record of me being in their shop a year later when I came in for a claim and paid out of pocket. This company is completely unethical and told me one thing and did another to save money. They're unwilling to make it right and so far are dismissive. I want a new shell which is what I asked for in the beginning. I trusted them and trusted their lies. They conveniently have no record of any interaction with me aside from the original purchase and install so they're leaning on that. This was not brought up sooner because they've been lying to me until now.Initial Complaint

We bought a new Transcend trailer from Blue Compass in ****, Nv. May 2024. We started noticing warping of the upper side panels, and the slide began to rub when we would open and close, along with other issues that needed to be addressed. We contacted the place where we purchased the trailer (Blue Compass, Reno,) and sent photos of the issues. We took the trailer in for repairs on October 26, 2024. We let them know that we would need our tailer back for the holidays, and needed to pick it up NLT, Dec 13, 2024. After waiting seven weeks, still not complete but needed for the holidays. Went to pick it up, and noticed that the trailer had been broken into and several expensive items has been stolen. Manager said, you signed a hold harmless and they are not responsible.Wait, we buy a trailer from them. Several issues come up that are under warranty. We lock up all of our personal items, are not told that their lot is not secured, and wait to get it fixed. 7 weeks later, still not completed, and we notice it is broken into and expensive items have been stolen. We can't even pull it off their lot because they took the hitch and sway bars, and we had to order new ones which we had to purchase ourselves. Now we are told to bad, because when you drop off your trailer, you sign a hold harmless agreement, and if you don't sign they will not fix it. Oh, and then you have to leave it on their lot now knowing they have no security!!! When we were dropping off the trailer, we were told by our salesman that our trailer had been purchased by an employee and she was storing it on their lot. Ok, so it is safe enough to store employee trailers on but not a paying customer trailer? I am absolutely appalled over this type of treatment and lack of customer service.Initial Complaint

Blue Compass Dealer in Longs SC. On 10/7 we finalized all the contractual documents to trade in our RV and purchase a new 2024 Jayco North Point fifth wheel. In Mid November I called inquiring on Title and Registration. The financial manger said hed check into and get back to me. He never did call me back. The next week I called and got ****** in the office, she was going to check on it and call back, but she never did. Called back again on 11/16, 11/9, 11/20 and 11/21. Finally ****** told me she processed all paper work to DMV. No title or registration received so on 12/4 I went to the dealer and when questioned about it ****** said its at ***. No title received by 12/11 so went to *** and they said they have no record of us owning the *** Went back to Blue Compass in longs SC to find out DMV paperwork was in a pending stage and never submitted to DMV. There are a lot of these same issues reported on BBB. This needs to be investigated. Is this business selling RVs that cant be titled. As of today a different person in the office claims she did process paperwork 12/11.
