      The service department at the *************** location is horrible and the manager *** is the worst. He treats you like youre clueless about your own **. Under warranty, we had an issue with the thermostat in our 2023 *************. Told *** we needed this fixed asap. Brought in on 7/12 for the second time in one year for the same issue. (First time he says it was a loose wire.) I let *** know the thermostat was not shutting off no matter how high the temperature was set and it needed to be replaced. He tried to say that it was most likely an issue because of the outside heat. Explained to him that every ** around us had a/c that was kicking on and off. We heard nothing from him, so on 7/20 contacted him and asked for a status. *** responds that the ticket is on the techs schedule and he should have an answer the following week. It obviously sat there from 7/12 without being looked at. 7/25 asked for another status update and the response was we have not figured it out yet. Were going back and forth with the a/c manufacturer to see if there are any issues with the a/c. 8/1 I get a phone call from *** saying its the thermostat. (No kidding!) and he says theyre waiting for a new thermostat and dont know if it will be ready for our trip on 8/12. ONE MONTH to figure out what was told to him when it was originally brought in. This man has no business sense and I cant help but think because this is a warranty issue and theyre not making any money on it that it is not a priority for him!! Bought the ** from there when it was ** One and had a great experience but because of this service department will not go back to purchase another **.

      With over 165 complaints to the Better Business Bureau (54 in 2024 alone) and a mere 1.65 stars out of 5 from BBB reviewsthis is a high-risk company to buy or get ** service from. With that F rating from the BBB, 2.7 stars out of 5 on trust pilot, 2 stars out of 5 from 100+ yelp reviews at their flagship Orlando ************* is this company still operational? It all comes down to providing no customer service and selling in volumes. Its common for private equity funded companies to not have any concern for the human being, just the margin of profit behind that human beings purchase. I dont think it is coincidental that fourteen of the 17 blue compass suits posted on their website are white males (alarmingly, they all have a similar haircut!).My personal encounter with ****, the regional VP for AZ and ********** was typical. He was amicable but continued the perma-lies, typical of companies desperate for dollars. He couldnt even get me the Keystone packet of information/manuals that was missing from my ** (yes, a grade school kid could probably even solve this). Promising me calls from a local dealership to resolve warranty issues and a shipping confirmation that never came. I dont think this lack of help to you the buyer would be unexpected in your dealings with Blue Compass. If you look on the Blue Compass website, you wont find any way to contact the corporate office, because they would be inundated and flooded with complaints. In my case, I left several messages to a corporate line I located. **************** costs them time, and that means less money for their investors. They wont apologize to you, but I want to say I am sorry if you have lost thousands of dollars, time you will never get back, trust in the ** community and simply suffered heartbreak.

      1 Star - Avoid at All Costs!Blue Compass RV of Murfreesboro is the epitome of unprofessional service and borderline theft. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.We dropped off our RV for repairs, and from day one, it was clear that customer service is a foreign concept to them. Despite promises of updates, we were left in the dark for weeks. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get basic information about our vehicle's status.But the real kicker? The bait-and-switch tactics with their pricing. We were initially quoted $450 for repairs, which was then reduced to $344 after some negotiation. Imagine our shock when the final bill suddenly skyrocketed to over $750! This kind of price fluctuation isn't just unprofessional - it feels like outright deception.When we first brought in our RV, their staff practically begged us to give them a chance, swearing up and down that they'd prove our past negative experiences wrong. They even had us considering an upgrade to a fifth wheel. What a joke that turned out to be!The cherry on top of this disaster sundae? When we tried to resolve the pricing issue, we were met with hung-up calls and stonewalling. It's clear that Blue Compass RV has no interest in actual customer service or resolution.It's evident that Blue Compass inherited all the worst traits of the company they acquired, and then some. They're no better than their predecessor - in fact, they might be worse.Save yourself the headache, frustration, and potential financial loss. Steer clear of Blue Compass RV of ************. They've mastered the art of overpromising, underdelivering, and overcharging. Your RV (and your wallet) deserve better treatment than this.

      We purchased a trailer from this dealership in 2022 and were convinced to purchase an extended warranty, tire package, roadside assistance, and GAP. fast forward to July 6th, 2024, and we sold the trailer. We promptly cancelled the extra services and were told it could take up to 8 weeks for the cancellation to be processed. How something as simple as a cancellation can take that long is mind-blowing and after speaking with the company behind the extended warranty products, we discovered we have been getting the run around from *******************************. The company told us that the warranties are managed by t blue compass but were confused when we inquired about what the refund costs would be stating that those should have been easy for the dealer to give us. Today August 1, 2024, we received an unsolicited email from ******* stating that they are now taking 10 weeks to process. They have ZERO issues collecting our money but when it comes to returning money that no longer belongs to them, it seems as if they have no sense of urgency. I will be filing formal complaints to the BBB as well.

      We are disgusted with service from them. We purchased a ******** ***** B RV in 2022 for $189,000.00 from the location in ******* in **************. At this time they were called RV One. In addition we purchased a bumper to bumper warranty for $15,692.00 that was supposed to cover our RV for 5 years. We have owned this RV for 2 years this September. In this period we have had problems with our macerator pump, air conditioning system and our refrigerator had to be replaced, furnace and water leaks. Not all of these problems have been repaired. We thought our expensive warranty would cover all this. It did not. They charged us $700.00 to replace our refrigerator and $588.00 to repair the air conditioner. They stated the refrigerator and air conditioner were not covered by the warranty.. I asked the customer service representative at the ******* location to give me someone I could register a complaint with. She refused to give me any information. We are extremely dissatisfied with the treatment we have received from Blue Compass RV. We are ready give up this RV and return it to you. I am also registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would appreciate it if someone from management could please contact us regarding our complaints. Please contact us as soon as possible.Your consideration will be greatly appreciated.************************** and ***************************

      Purchased Camper trailer this spring from Blue Compass RV ******* ** location. On first outing, found a very small cut in the awning. Immediately called service and had to leave a message regarding warrantee work.5/4. called left message with service manager ****. - Never returned call 5/9. (roughly) stopped in to schedule service due to non returned call (dealt with this before with them).6/5 dropped off camper, explained where cut was located. was told diagnostics would be done end of next day.6/8 called, left message with **** due to non returned call / update 6/11 called talked to another service rep that said diagnostic had been completed on 6/8 but she didn't know the status.6/12 stopped in in person to talk to ****. Claimed they could not find cut in awning. I had them pull trailer around to show them. **** took pictures and claimed he sent in to "warrantee" but claimed it might not be covered as "it wasn't there when you bought it". I reminded him his staff JUST missed it despite me telling them where it was.6/12 - 6/13 email exchange with sales manager ***************************** and service manager ******************************. Both said they would get me answers.6/19 no update, emailed again 6/20 returned email stating claim sent to "warrantee"6/28 called and **** answered, He claimed "photos were sent along with claim two days ago" This is contrary to everything I was told to this point. He claimed he would have an answer later that day. I insisted I get a call that afternoon with an update either way.6/29 no call / update received, Left message for **** to call with receptionist My camper has been in their possession for a month with no answers. Never have they called me to update me this entire time. I've had to go in multiple times in order to get answers. This feels like an attempt to avoid performing warrantee work on an obvious defect that was clearly missed... multiple times.

      The blue compass dealer that we purchased our RV from has been of no help. We bought a brand new unit and have had multiple problems and feel that we were seriously misled before we ever took the unit home.Once we left their lot and they had been paid, we have not been able to get them to respond to emails. Text messages or phone calls.

      The ************* experience ever!!They had our Redwood for over 7 months for repairs. They said there was an issue finding parts for our electronic control system. Guess that was the truth since they ended up either putting in the wrong system. Or not programming it correctly. Many of the features are missing. We had a slide repaired due to storm damage. They did such a terrible job it leaked worse after repair. I called and sent picture of the problems and they never returned my calls.

      We drove to Blue Compass-Park City KS from Pennsylvania to buy a used ffth wheel. We are experienced RV people. From the photos, I could tell the unit needed some work. The dealer said they go over everyhting but tried to sell me an $1,895 "prep" package (but could not say what it included).. I passed on that so they wanted to sell me a $695 package to do a "safety check." They will try to sell you all kinds of extras to just do basic checks ... and then thy don't do any of them anyway. At no time did any salesman, or manager or the GM tell me of any problem or issue with this trailer. They did say it was for sale "as is" but never gave me a reason why, so I knew I had to look at this unit carefully. I asked for the dates on the tires and was told they were from March of 2018. The tires were six years old and likely not roadworthy. The unit had no spare. I asked for a spare to drive to tire store so they said they would provide a new spare. They also painted the old tires with black paint to make them look new, as if I was a newbie. They removed the cap from the low point drain and removed the anode rod from the hot water heater -- I believe -- to discourge me from testing the water system. On the way to Abilene one of the tires exploded, casing damage to the skirting around the wheel. When went to change the tire we found that the dealer gave us a five lug wheel for a six lug spindle. Also the trailer brakes did not work properly. Once camping we had no hot water for two days. The hot water heater's electric element was fried and the system still dry in bypass mode. They either never checked the major systems or never told me what they found. The water tank leaked from a crack in the plastic outlet. This dealer is inept and unethical. They knew we planned to drive the RV home to Pennsylvania and camp in it. They allowed us to leave for home with an an unsafe vehicle which was not camping ready. Run the other way from these pirates.

      Purchased our RV fall 2023 with understanding that they will store over winter. When we went to sign and finish paperwork, they had no idea where paperwork was and seemed like they had no idea we were even coming the date we agreed on for final paperwork and walk through Prior to them storing it we did our walk thru and found some issues with things (as expected) no RVs are perfect from factory. We were told before it gets put in storage everything will be fixed, well fast forward to April 24 and I tried to call to setup pickup multiple times. FINALLY get a call back and they said we can come pick it up, I asked about work that needed to be done over winter and they had no idea what needed to be done or if it was done. So, we find out that nothing was done but we decided to pick up anyways since we have trips coming up in May. We go to get camper and notice bubble on tire, so now I am changing tire on our NEW camper first time leaving lot. After hooking up I performed a tug test to find out the brakes DO NOT WORK. Now after s******* around for 2 hours, we can't even take camper home after we left work early to make it convenient for them. We expressed our concerns to GM *****, and she claimed she will reach out to cooperate to see what kind of compensation will be done, and they will call us. Once again, NO call back. When we were considering buying this camper, they had no problem calling us daily, now that they have our $75,000, they don't care to help us out or get back to us. We still have warranty work that needs to be done eventually. We hesitated to buy from Blue Compass because they bought the Buffalo RV location who had a lawsuit against them for poor service, but we were assured the "bad eggs" were replaced and things were great. Everyone we talk to has a different story, turns out we should've bought elsewhere. Our concerns turned out to be correct.
