This company is the real deal! They were reassuring and quick to communicate during the whole process. I had my car shipped about 500 miles within less than 24 hours. I asked A LOT of questions to *************************** from Nationwide Transport Services, LLC. The responses were quick and detailed. One question needed to be confirmed so he checked with management instead of "winging" it. After checking as best as I could different information that I could find, everything seemed to check out. I appreciate honest straight answers. Because my needs changed, my purchase fell through however, I will absolutely use this company and hope to work directly with ***************************. The communication and transaction went smooth. I checked with several other companies and got quotes that would change when they would call back or they could not handle vans the size of a Sprinter. From beginning to end my quote with Nationwide Transport Services stayed the same and the driver that delivered my Sprinter Van was professional. I would highly recommend this company went very smooth. Seth was very easy to work with explained everything to detail and the driver Miguel was precise on time and very knowledgeable, I called set up the appointment Thursday afternoon Thursday evening. Seth called me back and said he had a driver the next morning put my car on the trailer said he probably wouldn’t be there till Monday. Actually got there Saturday night about 8:30 PM. Our move was 1100 miles, thanks to Richard keeping in contact with me, even during the weekend it was stress free. His drivers were great and they cared about what they do.
