I ordered 1 jar of the skin cream. At the checkout screens I was asked several times did I want to order more product and answered no. At checkout my card was charged for multiple items. This was truly a scam. And I did not receive and itemization of the orderBusiness Response

According to our records, ******************************* purchased a 6-jar supply of our Lift and Firm cream on April 4th for $40 per jar. This price offered is contingent upon placing an order for the 6-jar bundle. As can be seen from the attached screenshot, the product page indicates the price per jar as well as the purchase quantity. Additionally, the checkout screen also indicates the number of items purchased as well as the total cost. We do our best to be as transparent to our customers as possible which is why this information is shown twice before finalizing the purchase.
It is unfortunate that ******************************* apparently did not take note of the order information before submitting the order. As we understand that this was not her intent, we have canceled her order and issued a full refund which should reflect in her payment account within 7-10 business days.

I fell for their advertising on my iPhone and ordered one bottle of skincare. I was sent six and charged $240. I read the advertisement carefully because I know they all pull some kind of scam. The bank returned my money while they checked into it. Today they withdrew the money. How can this be legit when you order one and then receive six at $240? Im returning all six bottles and want my money back. I cannot afford to put out $240 for bogus skincare!Business Response

11/23/2023 I ordered a product from this company from Instagram.I just charged for a special of two jars of their cream for $53. Months went by and I did not receive my product. I went back and looked and I did not receive an order number a receipt from my purchase or any sort of tracking for my product. in speaking with the company today, they claim that they did not ship my order out because there was no apartment number.I live in a secured apartment building with 45 units and there are plenty of boxes that arrive with no apartment number.1- how do they know My address is not a house 2- I spoke with the company today and they expressed that they did not ship my product because they didnt have an apartment number.. If this is the case, why did they not reach out to me via email or phone and ask me for my apartment number.3-they didnt they did not refund my money they did not call me to tell me they werent shipping my product today after speaking with them they sent me a receipt showing one jar for $53. To clarify, it is correct that we do not send out orders that have an incomplete address. Our shipping system checks the address provided with the **** database and if the address is either incorrect or incomplete, the order is held. When that happens, we email the customer asking for the correct shipping address. Per our records, we emailed you on Nov. 10th but did not get a response. Additionally, when an order is billed, we automatically send a confirmation email containing the order number, the items purchased, and the amount paid. Our records show that such an email was sent to you on Nov. 6th. Lastly, the only promotion we see for your order was for the reduced price of the item, of which is normally priced at $69 and was offered to you for $49 plus shipping and handling. Regardless, had you contacted us regarding your concern about the promotion and provided proof that you were offered a buy 1, take 1 deal, we would have been more than happy to live up to those terms.
Regarding your request for a refund, our records also show that you were issued a refund for $53.95 Feb. 20th, which was the full cost of your order.

Each of our products undergo stringent 3rd-party testing and are doctor-formulated with quality natural ingredients to ensure that they are safe to use at any age, with any skin color, and provide lasting results. That said, we cannot account for each of our customers' unique circumstances which is why, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund.
Our records show that you made the purchase on Aug. 28 with the product subsequently delivered on Sep. 5. You contacted us on Dec. 14, 101 days after your order was delivered and 41 days past our 60-day return window, requesting a refund because you were dissatisfied with the product. When informed of our return policy, you contended that you only started using the product on Oct. 15 and that we should refund your purchase regardless. Again, while we understand that you are dissatisfied with the results, our 60-day money back guarantee is clearly stated on our website and is even on the product image when making the purchase. We believe that 60 days is more than enough time to determine whether our products are right for you, especially since our products are packaged to last 30 days if used as instructed. As such, we would like to reiterate that we are unable to provide you with a refund as the request was made well past our 60-day return policy.

This is the strong arming I am concerned about. I could not start the product immediately as my father in-law past away around that time and so I got delayed.
any reputable company would understand and ************ the unused products and give a refund. I am definitely not satisfied with the false advertising of the quality of the product and especially distraught over the strong arming.
it feels like they are saying gotcha and we can care less about you. We got our money now you go away. You did not meet our cut of so there, we won and you are the sucker who fell for this scam.
you should ashamed of taking advantaged of the elderly as that who is mostly interested in this product.
shame on you. Just do the right thing and refund the money. This should not be about winning. It should be you standing 100percent behind your product.
i would like to elevate this to the ** attorney general under Elder abuse.

As we have stated previously, we do stand behind our products. All our products are meticulously tested and formulated to provide the best results for our customers. However, we cannot account for every customer's unique circumstances, which is why if our products are not satisfactory, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee is clearly stated in multiple places on our website. By your admission, you chose to use the products well over a month after receipt of the delivery. Additionally, you also stated that you decided to give the product "more and more time to work" and contended that we should waive our policy in your favor due to this. To draw an imperfect analogy, this would be akin to purchasing clothing, taking over three months to try it on and see if it meets your needs, and then insisting that the store accept a return when it doesn't. Furthermore, not once during your extensive back and forth with our customer support team did you mention that your father-in-law passed away leading you to delay the use of the product. You did, however, accuse us of being "a racist and greedy company" simply for explaining our return policy. At this point, we cannot entirely be certain that you are negotiating in good faith.
However, all this appears to have been moot as we see that you disputed the charge with your credit card issuer and that it was subsequently refunded on the 19th. This being the case, we will assume the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction. If, by any chance, the credit has not yet appeared on your card statement, please follow up with your bank.

I am rejecting this response because: although I am happy with the refund. I am displeased with the customer care and continued insults and bullying. I am the customer, right?Overstruck with grief, I did not feel that I needed to share my families personal information with you and your company.
Also, do not compare yourself to others in false analogies.
Nordstrom stands behind their products and accepts returns past 60 days.
Having said thay, the quality of their products lend themselves to a rarity of the need to return items.
i stand behind my words, especially those of elder abuse, racism etc. knowing that your product does not work with all skin types, that info needs to be placed up front in your ads. Also, to know what is absolutely advertised is not accurate is extremely disheartening and very disturbing. Unbelievable that you can take advantage of people and sleep at night.
I Hope you can make honest adjustments in your ads, so you do not falsely lead others down this same path.

On 7/5/23, I emailed customer support due to (6) bottles ($228.00) received of their Total Beauty Matrix which did not list same ingredients as indicated in ad. At that time I was told this was due to continued updates to improve product and to take my time using the new&improved product, because they were sure I would love it. Well I didnt see any improved within 3 months and on 10/23/23 requested a refund. Their response this time wasSorry-but I had gone past the 60 day money back guaranteereally? I purchase 5 bottles of Miami MD Brown **** Remover. When I received the order the first bottle I opened was broken and unable to use. I never completed an online order,however,was charged for 3 jars of product from company. I immediately called after seeing a pending charge on my Amex and after a 47+ min. Wait time was told sorry just refuse product when delivered and I will be refunded. Subsequently I have received 2 emails dated 8/27 stating product was delivered and a 2nd dated 8/29 asking how I am enjoying the product. No product was ever delivered or ordered. I emailed company and have attached email as well as filed a dispute with Amex and attached a copy of that as well.I requested a full refund for $129 and in addition will only be at this mailing address for a few more days. I placed an order for a spot removal cream promising to get rid of brown spots/melasma in June 28, 2023. After continued use for over a month and half I have not seen results, spots are there and no minimal signs of cream working as doctor promises. Im have spent $48.95 each bottle (4) which I have no use for and have emailed and called Miami Md however no reply via email and the hold on phone is ridiculous.
