      We paid in full for vacations, we have tried to book vacations since last February and never get to talk to anyone just an answering machine saying they will call back and never do. I either want All my money back or I want my vacations I paid for!!!

      I have received many phone calls over the years from a whole bunch of people selling vacation packages. They promise 25 trips to me if I pay them funds. Originally, I sent money to them about 10 years ago, in which they were offering 5 trips to various destinations. I paid the funds, even though I could not. Then they called back and said, no this is only a deposit to the trip and if you do not pay this extra amount of funds, you lose what you've already paid. So I paid it again. I've done this at least 5 or 6 times, the last payment was close to $3,000 Cdn. I expect I now have paid close to $10,000 and I have had hundreds of phone calls trying to get money from me throughout this entire process. The worst guy is *************************** (Agent # TS022924-903). He is incredibly intimidating. Now that I want to book something, I cannot reach them, ever! The phone number leads to an answering service that says they will have someone call me back. No phone call back, ever! I've found another number and this leads to a voicemail. I've left messages. No phone call back. I really want my money back (I've really wanted it back for years but they say they cannot refund it to me). I'm shocked people have actually had trips booked for them (from the other complaints I've read). Now I am not sure I want a trip from them if I end up paying everything. This is ridiculous and I really want my money back, especially because of how much more it is in Canadian funds!

      Company cannot be real. No one calls you back and phone number does not work. I was really scammed. Never can get to speak with my so called agent. Do not get sucked into this company like I did!!!!!!
