    This year, we were forced to use Red Apple Uniforms for school uniforms. It was announced via email June 26th. I started immediately contacting them as the size shirt that my son needs, was not available on the website and there was no actual contact number. It takes over a week for any response via email.I had to special order his shirts, and was told via email that I would have an invoice within 24 hours. That didnt happen. I emailed again asking for a contact number or someone that would actually do something to contact me. No response. Then I was told I would get invoice within the week two weeks before school starts. Again nothing. Then no response at all. Its Friday and school starts Monday and still nothing. I shared the info and emails with the school and they finally helped with another option. Red Apple is a joke, horrible customer service or actually no customer service.
