            The transaction took place on July 15, 2022. I went to the Colorado Ballet website to buy tickets for a ballet performance to take place on October 7, 2022. Somehow I got rerouted to the Events Ticket website. I had a short time (timed checkout) to buy the tickets. I purchased the tickets. It was clear that the sale was final, so it offered insurance on the tickets I purchased. With the timed checkout I was not able to get detailed information on the insurance to reimburse me if I was not able to use the tickets. I paid $940.95 for these tickets. I went back on the Colorado ballet website to look into season tickets. I discovered the tickets I bought for $172 a piece are actually going for $40 through Colorado Ballet. I went to cancel my tickets since I knew I had insurance on them and discovered my insurance only covered certain reasons for cancellation and will only cover up to $235.24. Had I been properly informed of the limited coverage of the insurance, I would not have purchased the tickets or the insurance. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. And, I have not received my tickets. They will not be delivered to me until the day of the performance.

            I will not mark * star!!!!! Bought H3637333230383*3339H and can not go do to the place of the H3338333*30303*3635H. Also if we could go we could not get back in time for my husband medical procedure. Called and they said sorry we cant give your money back. ITS CORPORATE POLICY. *** worked for a corporation as VP. i know people in the corporation have the authority to override up to a certain point. All I got was bad customer service and the *** was not even willing to work with me on this problem The next sentence is what I think of online ticket buying-IT IS A F****** SCAM!!!!!!
