    We live in ******** and we put our Florida condo on sale on August 1st, 2024.We had a buyer who withdrew their offer based on an air quality report which they ordered on our condo. Our realtor suggested we get our air handler cleaned and have another air quality report run after the cleaning was done.On August 12th 2024 we agreed to pay Hurricane Air $1895 to clean our HVAC air handler and give us an air quality report following the cleaning. They agreed. This was a verbal agreement over the phone because we were in ******** requesting this service be done on our condo in Ft ***** ***On August 13th, 2024, ***** from Hurricane notified us that he had completed the work. I reminded him that we expected an air quality report and he agreed that we would get one. It would be sent to us as an email from his company.We never received an Air Quality Report. I made five phone calls to this company from ******** requesting it. *****, a Hurricane manager, finally admitted after the many phone calls, that they could not send me the report I was requesting. They offered pictures but had no means of generating the report I was requesting. My complaint is that this company agreed to a service they could not deliver.This meant that I had find another company who could give me an air quality report. Our realtor was able to find Eagle Eye Home Inspection of SW Florida who did prepare the Air Quality Report. The cost $425. I then called and asked ***** of Hurricane to re-imburse me for this cost but he refused. He offered to send me $125, but he has not. This has gone on so long now, I think we should get the full $425. We paid Hurricane $1895 immediately on August 13. They need to settle with us now.

First above all I want to sincerely apologize to you about the level of service that was provided or actually not provided!  I take my companys reputation very seriously. Due to reasons just like this ***** is no longer apart of the team at Hurricane Air. He is not what we represent. I will be more than happy to refund you the cost of the quality air report. Ill have the office send out a check immediately and if there are any other questions or concerns please call the office and ask for me directly. Again my apologies ????
