  I love this company! There are so many great things to say that I feel I cant do them justice! Our past company had sold and we needed a new one and out of thousands, we picked Hurricane Air! The office staff is second to none and the owner is top notch! You see theyre a family company and it shows. Theyre not flashy. They dont show up with a list of extras to sell you. They are aware customers want the best service for the best price, especially in todays economy and thats what they try to do from the beginning! ******* was my first ********** and he was so kind and wasted no time finding the problem. My air conditioner was a bit old and I wasnt surprised that they found the coil needing to be replaced but it was still working but not efficiently and it would continue to need coolant. I recently had Cancer and other health issues and without my knowledge, ******* called another tech ( installer) at the *** and he said he would try to find a used one on his own time. HE DID!! The owner let his two men , ***** ( who found the part) and *****) come out on his time with his equipment to help fix my unit. The men ***** and ***** gave their time and worked to install the unit. This company and these men saved me so much money and got my air running smooth which I needed due to being sick. They did this out of the goodness of their hearts. EVERYONE from customer service, to the professional installers, to the techs, to the owner, REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU and try to do the best for EVERY CUSTOMER! Without you, they are not a company and they know it! They strive to be the very best! Their a family business and they make you family too! I cant believe a great company like this still exists!CALL HURRICANE AIR!I promise you will love them! Yes this is long but I wanted to give an honest assessment! I could have just said; FANTASTIC! ***** *.

  I am on the do not call list and they cold called me with a sales call at 10am. I have never been one of their customers,and now I never will be

  I'm the President here at Hurricane Air Conditioning of SWFL, and I want to apologize personally for the unsolicited phone call you received from us. I want to assure you that it is never our intention to intrude or disturb our past and potential customers.
  
  From our records, it appears there might have been some misunderstanding. It seems that about two years ago, we visited your home to provide a free estimate. As part of our service, we occasionally follow up with past contacts to remind them about routine services and checkups that might be due, which was the purpose of our call. 
  
  However, we also respect our customers' preferences, and if you've registered on the do not call list, then we absolutely want to honor that. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. 
  
  I've taken immediate action to ensure your number has been removed from our calling list. We are also reviewing our internal processes to prevent such situations in the future.

  **** fixed 2 important things in my air conditioner. He did a thorough job and kept me informed. I would recommend Hurricane Air 100%. **** was the perfect air conditioner expert.
