      I moved from Fountains of Forestwood on July 7 2024.I honored my lease and continued paying the rent and FPL until the end of lease August 18 2024.Not only have I not received any of my deposit since I had live ther since November of 2021,but for some reason trying to say I owe a $ 109 water bill. This obviously isnt possible since no one resided in apt 2311 since July 7 of 2024. . I may add all my bills were paid promptly and in full. I am considering a small claims court filing pig. I have already called and emailed thr office manager, and have not received any reply.

      I have lived at this residence for two years Im a former tenant. I moved out 2 months ago and my unit was still well taken care of when I lived out. I have yet to receive my rental deposit back from the company. *** attempted to reach out to them on multiple occasion over phone, email and through company website and I only have gotten a response twice. Over them phone I was told that I would receive my deposit in a few days a few days later I have gotten an email saying that the check had not yet been cleared by the accounting team. Now I cant get anyone to answer the phone for me when I call. No one ever picks up the phone. *** tried calling and so have my parents.

      I am rejecting this response because:Ive received my deposit but it was not mailed out on the date that was provided to me, it was mailed out days later. I received my refund 3 days after the actual date not the date **** provided me. I was continuously being lied to throughout this whole process. This business needs better management and communication

      My bathroom. Exiling had a leak it was caught early and was dry within 72 hours but had large holes where pipes were fixed. 2 weeks later large hole still exist over the bathtub with foul odor and debris falling. I was originally told it would be fixed on April 3 it happened on March 30. It was very dry but *** the management company cant repair because owner hasnt approved repair. I am 74 year old senior with health issues this has made me more ill. I am looking for owner to file lawsuit.

After the early detection and drying of the leak within 72 hours, the subsequent repairs required for the holes left by the pipe maintenance have also been completed.

However, once approval was received, we ensured that the necessary repairs were carried out immediately to address both the structural concerns and the associated health risks, especially considering your health conditions.

      I dont understand about waiting for owners approval .i would like to have a response then from the owner and an apology from the owner,And some type of   Financial restitution from the owner. from the owner.
