  Having lived here for 13 years I can definitly say that the management companies that have come and gone are due to the owners of this complex. They are not concerned about their tenets. They are only concerned about their financial returns. My rent was raised by $250 for this coming year! Since I had to deal with rats for two months, and the flooring has yet to be done since this has been 8 months ongoing that I have had enough. The bathtubs are plastic and the windows have never been replaced since this complex was built in the 1970's. Don't think I would recommend to rent here.

  WARNING DO NOT RENT HERE My family and I lived here and had the worst living experience. We lived the first part of our time here in one unit and we dealt with MULTIPLE RATS, ROACHES, BLACK MOLD and our unit almost caught on FIRE because the AC unit was so outdated, We had to fight to be moved to a renovated unit with slightly less problems. They do not communicate appropriately they never answer the phone, they avoid helping you at all cost even some of the maintenance workers show up to your place in a bitter mood. They ride around on the golf carts on their phones. They take weeks to respond to simple work orders, even though it’s a small community. We couldn’t use our second bathroom and the other bathroom we put in a work order because the tub is chipping away. The maintenance guy said that he would be back and never came back. The trash compactor is constantly piled up with mountains of trash and furniture on the outside surrounding the compactor. They have still yet to fix everything after hurricane Ian there are still giant holes in most of the buildings roofs. The gym, none of the equipment works and half the time there’s ducks swimming in the pool. The staff that Greystar sent to manage this community is horrible they have no idea what they’re doing or how to properly manage a property. And good luck getting your deposit back cause they’re gonna charge you for things that they need to fix but they don’t wanna pay for when you move out.
