  This place is extremely unprofessional! After going in to get my finals, which I still have yet to receive, I noticed a note on my chart saying that I was rude and disrespectful. Shrugged it off and then when leaving I asked if I could have a copy of that note. And then all the sudden here comes ******* saying, "I wrote that" and literally screaming in my face like she wanted to fight. I am new to the *************, partials and when I was in for my first time, I was asking questions of what to do, how to take care of them, etc. Etc. I am the kindest human ever as I believe laws of attraction and it's not hard just to be a kind human in this world. I asked to go to another office and be transferred and now the other office wants to charge me more and they wanted me and made me sign a transfer saying that I would no longer come back to that office but yet they have all my money. I reached out to the corporate, I guess you would say because yet every time I call I talk to so many different people and the first person I talked to gave me a case number but no one can seem to find anything. I've yet to receive any refunds or complete of my work which I'd rather have done since I've already paid for it. On top of this when ******* was screaming and wanting to continue the battle, the doctor was standing right there and did absolutely nothing. I'm appalled of how unprofessional this business is run. I so wish I would have known this going into the store before this adventure started. The rudeness and labeling of patience and then literally getting in their face as I felt threatening by this woman. It is now April 18th. And again, I've called this morning to the so-called corporate office and they've yet to do anything. As they say, they're independently franchised and there's nothing that they can do! What is the point of having a corporate office then? I would definitely stay clear of this practice. Go see your regular dentist for any needs that you need for your mouth because ******* and the doctor are unprofessional, no patient caring, and they like to leave notes on your charts personally about you in disrespect. Example of possibly a fast food worker saying this Whopper goes to the fat lady in the pink dress. You don't label patients but yet they do and then they want to fight with you when you just ask for a copy of that because I was literally in shock of what I read. Stay clear of this practice and please help. if anybody has any suggestions of how to get a hold of corporate and get my money back through the corporate. Or like I said prior, I just want my work completed in the estero office without any more out of pocket expenses as I believe the Fort Myers office should pay for this because it was not my fault that I wanted to transfer as I felt threatened and labeled.I have now been bounced around from person to person at so called corporate office and still not willing to complete my procedure that I have already paid for. I now want a full refund for everything as no one is willing to help and I will now go through my bank and dispute all charges from them. I would like the BBB to get involved as this business and doctor that saw the whole thing and did nothing is just beyond belief.
