  I was a patient there for over a year trying to get my dentures done and they never fit over and over again. They were paid for them and then the office closed and been closed for over a year now and have not delivered my paid for dentures, you try to call and the mailbox is always full and can not leave a message , this is by far the biggest joke of a dental office I have ever been to. I just want my money back or my teeth.

  Happy smiles, overcharge me for a dental procedure, which I did not need. And then the dentist and the dental hygienist left the office is anyone filing a class action against happy smiles?

  This Dentist is absolutely scum. Do not ever waste your time or money. They pulled 4 of my teeth no problem, now a month and a half later when I'm re swelling they are no where to be found. I told them the day they pulled my teeth what I was allergic too. They gave me a prescription. FOR THE MEDICINE I WAS ALLERGIC TOO luckily I caught it. Made them re write me a prescription. Two weeks later that medicine did nothing by the way I was in so much pain it was so unbearable. Went back for my check up told them AGAIN what I was allergic too ans they gave me a liquid version of what I was allergic too but called it something else... I broke out on my face because of it. I'm swollen as we speak and it's as hard as a rock and they're gone I've called emailed and shown up come to find out they aren't at this location anymore. They don't even have a sign up or anything. They are the most unprofessional group of brainless people I've ever dealt with. Save your time and money trust me. I am in need of receipts for my insurance and hoping someone can help me track down the new location!

  WORST DENTAL OFFICE- THEY NEVER SEE YOU AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, ALWAYS AN HOUR BEHIND- THEY CALLED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT BECASUE DENTIST WAS SICK WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT THEN THEY CALLED AGAIN TO LET ME KNOW THEY SWITCHED LOCATIONS AND i HAD TO CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO RESHEDULE AND DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, I LOST THE NUMBER TO THE NEW LOCATION AND ITS NOT EVEN UPDATED ONLINE AND THEY HAVE NOT REACHED OUT TO ME TO RESCHEDULE.

  This is by far the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life. The first time I came here I took off of work showed up on time and was told that the hygienist was sick and had left early. I then had to takeoff again the next day for them to get me in and get my cleaning done which again I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for anybody to even come out and talk to me. Today was my six month cleaning again in which I confirmed my appointment two days prior. I show up today at 4 o’clock and there’s not a single person in the office. A hygienist who I’ve never seen comes out and tells me he’s working on somebody else. I said how is that possible when it’s 425 and my appointment was at four. He said I was told you weren’t coming. I said I know for a fact that’s not true because I have the text message confirming my appointment . I then said where is the hygienist who cleaned my teeth six months ago and he tried to lie and tell me it was him and I said no it wasn’t. He then told me oh he’s no longer here. I then said well my appointment was at four how much longer until you’re done with this other person he said another 20 minutes meaning that I wasn’t going to get my teeth cleaned until 5 o’clock . I called the helpdesk center 20 minutes prior to asking her why there was nobody in the office and what was going on and she told me she would call them. She then texted me 10 minutes after I spoke to the hygienist to lie and tell me that he was sick and wasn’t there having no idea I had already spoke to him . This place is a complete joke and a scam. I have wasted three workdays now trying to get my teeth cleaned for them to constantly lie and never have anybody there. Do yourself a favor do not book an appointment here.

  Dentist is an alcoholic. He kept leaving to go get another swig. He totally ruined my teeth over one broken tooth. After going to him for a year I changed Dentist in all this drunk cost me over $30,000. Do not go to him. Thinking of suing.

  By far the worst ******* ****** in Fort Myers, ** . I was in the health care business for years, and if I had conducted my business in the why Happy Smiles does, I would have been out of business quickly. They are rude, not on time, cancel an appointment while waiting in the ******, when they had called and ask my husband to come in early. Why? Because they had a meeting. a month and three appointments in and finally a painful tooth was taken care of, after complaining repeatedly. Do better Happy Smiles, you give the industry a bad name. I have read all the other reviews and was not surprised at there experience.

  I had an appointment today which they rescheduled from yesterday because they were gonna be closed. I left my house to make my appointment on time which was at 10:00. At 9:45 (5 minutes from dentist office) they call and tell me they can't take me and need to be rescheduled. After I had driven 15 miles one way now having to turn around and drive 15 miles home!!! When I have been there I never get in at my appointment time. Always at least a hour late. Needless to say I will never use them again. Not friendly staff either. Very snotty. I don't know how they stay in business.

  Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was for 9am. When I was sat in a room and told they are understaffed which is understandable. However I had work at 10:30 so by 10:00 I go into the hall and ask how long it was going to take because at this point I had been there for an hour. A nurse and a dentist immediately come to my room and exam my teeth. I tell them that I am there for a night guard and the dentist ordered the nurse to get the things needed to make the impressions. Then I wait another 20 minutes and then another lady comes in and tells me they are unable to do a teeth cleaning and that I need to reschedule. I then stop her in the hallway and ask about getting my night guard. She clearly has no idea what I am talking but she brings me back to the room after explaining to me that it will not be covered by insurance which I assured her was ok. So she leaves the room and when she returns I am on the phone and I did mention to the person on the other line how long I had been there. Yes I was slightly annoyed but by no means did I cause a scene. As soon as I hang up the phone the lady starts tearing into me saying she will not handle my attitude and that I can go somewhere else. I am nearly brought to tears by the way she is speaking to me. I did not yell back I simply said that I came here for my night guard and I would like it done. Otherwise I have wasted an hour and half of my life and just been yelled at by this women for no reason. The impressions were taken and I left shaking from the whole experience. I am not a *****. I am a 23 year old girl who was a tad stressed about being late for work and wanted to know how much longer it was going to be. I by no means caused a scene and did not deserve to be yelled at by that women.****UPDATE After posting this review they have fully canceled the making on the night guard. They never reached out to apologize for how I was treated.

  My daughter had a 9 am appointment. She told her employer shed be in by 10. She called me crying at 11 that she still hadnt been seen by 11! At that point she was told to leave because she was so upset. They were mean to her for complaining. They finally did the impressions for her night guard after they must have heard her on the phone with me. She called me again when she left and I told her I was concerned they just took the impressions to get her to leave and maybe would never complete the night guard. I called to offer to pay in full, in advance to make sure it got done. No one took my call and then I was disconnected! At the end of the work day someone called my number with an attitude. The woman was all ready to tell me my daughter was rude. I explained she was there for two hours and still hadnt been seen. The woman changed her tune and explained the doctor was running an hour behind. My daughters appointment was at 9:00am! I asked why they didnt tell her that so she could reschedule. The woman apologized and assured me the night guard would be completed and shed even give my daughter a discount. Several hours later the same woman called back to say she spoke to the dentist and he refused to do any further work for my daughter because she wrote a negative review!!!!! Stay as far away from this place as you can!!!!!
