- We guarantee our pups' health for up to 6 years! You have 7 days from the purchase date to bring your pup to the vet and if your vet determines that the puppy is unfit for purchase we will refund your full purchase price or exchange your pup. Our adults and pups have been in excellent health for decades and I expect every pup to be fit for purchase. We do not refund the purchase price or exchange a pup for any other reason although we will use all our resources to rehome your pup or adult if for whatever reason you cannot keep your Havanese. We are available 7 days a week to answer questions and guide you to have the best puppy raising experience possible! Our extensive website is an amazing resource to all puppy owners no matter the breed!
