    Quite possibly ************************ I've ever dealt, and that says a lot because I'm an old guy. First class in all respects. Very proficient, always on time, extremely clean and most of all very polite. I would give them a 20 on a **** scale.

    This is an update on an earlier review. ****** from lightning restoration reached out to us. He apologized and agreed to correct every issue we had. We are very thankful and happy to have this resolved.

    I found this company to be honest, professional and had great communication which is very important to us. ********************** and ***** were the main people I had contact with and I would hire each one again. Customer service is hard to find these days and I'm super picky so believe me when I tell you I was impressed.

    This is the second time I've called them about a water leak. I didn't consider another company. We had water and mold damage in seven rooms due to hurricane ***. They were incredibly responsive! The quality of work was first rate. I received daily updates, and they were happy to answer any questions, and I had many! The staff were friendly, and outgoing. That's helpful when your stress level is though the roof. I really appreciated their efforts to get our lives back on track. I hope we don't have need for them again, but I will not hesitate to call them in the future if necessary.

    My husband is a disabled combat veteran. We are on a fixed budget. We were lied to & taken advantage of from lightning restoration. The manager Polick was dishonest just to get us to sign contract. He said they would deal with insurance company directly. NOT TRUE! He said they would patch leaks in roof to prevent further mold. NOT TRUE! After the devastation from a hurricane its very unfortunate to be taken advantage of. Polick has filed for a lien on our house. Very overpriced services trying to get as much money from insurance as possible too!
