      Bought a chaise sofa Jan 16/24 2 wks after delivery started making a groaning squinting sound called they sent tech out Saud I had to much in chaise...Removed it....still made noise.called again they sent same tech out said it was the wheels under sofa. Next day again same noise, called again 3rd tech came out told them not same woman...this man stated that there was definitely something wrong with the frame. He submitted report June 10 24. 7 days later get a email from warranty company stating that the sofa was in excellent condition according to tech report...But as a COURTESY they will replace the chaise cushion in 16 to 20 wks....I called again and asked what about the rest of the sofa there answer was well we will have to have another tech come out now to check on this part. This is the worst experience I have ever has with a company they have no customer service and they really just pass it off as to bad we are really just gonna give you the run around....I now wait for the 4th tech to come to.my home and I guarantee I will gave him sign before he leaves to submit this do called report that they make up

      I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE PAYMENT PLAN FROM EL DORADO I BASICALLY PAID MY ENTIRE BALANCE BEFORE THE **** ONLY MISSING 0.23 CENTS THAT I DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS MISSING AND YET I WAS CHARGED WITH ****** INTEREST! LIKE IT DID NOT MATTER ALL THE PAYMENTS THAT I MADE. I UNDERSTAND WHEN I CALLED THAT I WAS MISSING 0.23 CENTS BUT JUST FOR THAT LITTLE AMOUNT I AM BEING CHARGED THE ENTIRE INTEREST WHEN I THOUGHT I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING?

      I purchase a sofa recliner exactly 1 year ago. The firsto ne we received was stained everywhere and they came up with a fake excuse that the delivery truck suffered a flood. We got refund and still decided to purchase another one, different style and color. Ur still reclining. So far we had technicians coming already 2 times for 1 motor which was noisy and also stopped working, all that on the same chair.We also purchase a warranty to maintain the sofa in good condition and look (stains, etc). When we had the motor problem we also told them about the stains. We were told to call a special number and they asked us to send them pictures which was done but 2 months after there was still no feedback. The pictures we sent were not good enough for them to decide anything but of course nobody contacted us to let us know they need new pictures. We called back last week and were told to send new pictures which this time were acceptable. I thought they would contact us to set up an appointment but we received a box with some products inside, so we can clean the stain ourself. The worst part is that it is the same products we said we would use in case of s stain but we were told that the insurance is much better. After paying more than $400 USD for the insurance i also have to do the job on their behalf!Dont waste your time with El Dorado!*******

      I am very unhappy about buying my sofa king size bed frame and mattress from this company. I was given the showroom sofa and the showroom mattress. I contacted the sale representative to let her know the mattress was old and I my husband and I have bad back from the military, no one was helpful we only had the mattress for 10 days. To we were told they won't take it back.

      Good afternoon, my name is *************************** number is **SSN**.my customer ID is *******. I am writing this complaint because last year I perched a sofa from Eldorado the sofa was the showroom sofa we have been wondering why not even a year yet and we feel like we are sitting on an old sofa. On the 20/04/24 my wife and 2 children came to your store being waiting for years to buy our king size bed but because of being in the army we waited. On that Saturday afternoon to the sale person was *********************** we showed her the mattress and bed frame we wanted she was happy to help us and very polite. The bed got delivered onthe 04/24/2024 that night as I lay in the bed I noticed the mattress was soft and already broken in. I gave it a couple of days to contact ************** to tell her I have a bad back and I was not happy with the mattress, she told me she will talk to her supervisor and get back to me only when she got back to me she said there's nothing they can do in store so I have to file a claim online I did and because it was not even 10 days I could not. **************** keep telling me I should wait 30 days I told her my back hurts she or anyone from Eldorado cared. I when to the store because my wife kept calling 2 different customer service providers asked how does she know that the mattress was not new. I spoke to the Manger she state that we were told that it was finally sale and that there store policy was that certain mattress they would not take back, why would we paid for a second hand mattress for $899.00 knowing that if anything happens to it we cannot take it back. I feel so let down and hurt to hate seeing my sofa and now I have a mattress that is old I even send pictures that's how bad the mattress is

      Good afternoon, my name is Damien F. Yes, I do not understand why. I'm getting a $522 credit. When the mattress that was purchased is exactly $899, so the purpose of me purchasing a more expensive mattress was to help. With the back problems since we're purchasing a brand new bed. And I'm not understanding why I'm not able to get the same amount of store credit to get the same brand of mattress as long as it's a brand new mattress that supports my back. Me taking a five hundred dollar credit towards the store to get Lesser quality mattress would defeat the purpose of me. Purchasing a quality mattress like that in the first place. Very respectfully.       I purchased a recliner with massage heat . It was delivered last Saturday. The recliner massage part started going out immediately. Now lumbar is out recliner I get stuck in it when I recline. After first 4 days in chair they expect me to wait on service claim! Sure regret I purchased from them! Be warned seems like junk furniture!

      WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.I bought my sofa from an Eldorado location in May 2023 and about 3-4 months after having the sofa I reached out to Eldorado notifying them that the sofa material is defective and looks like the sofa is discolored from when I first received it, Eldorado gave me a push back by 1) indicating that I wouldn't be eligible for the 1 yr warranty because I am out of state and I told them that is incorrect, when I didn't back down the next excuse is that it looks like the room my sofa is in is receiving a lot of sunlight and that could explain why the color is changing and again I told them that was BS because I barely had the sofa for 5 months. They send a tech out to assess the issue and the tech agreed that there might have been an issue during the manufacturing process. After about 3 months Eldorado approach to rectifying my issue was telling me it's just the material and I need to brush it with my hand and they offer $150, what I'm I supposed to do with $150? lol I live out of state and paid about 3k for my sectional and the shipping fee was almost $500. When you invest in quality furniture and spend that amount of money you are expecting a 5 star service and that is not the case here. El Dorado is a company that scams hardworking people because once you give them your money and you accept their products it doesn't matter what happens to the product if there is a scratch or it's broken a few days later El Dorado will use every reason in the book as to why you will not be able to get your money back and why they cannot replace the item. Also, Eldorado can be very disrespectful towards consumers in their responses if you are having issues. El Dorado products are overpriced trash.

      The absolute WORST customer service and experience. UNPROFESSIONAL methods of contact with ZERO follow-through and ZERO resolution to date. I received a scratched headboard which was obviously touched up (with marker) in an attempt to cover up damage prior to delivery. I reported this per instruction on the company website twice - which was to submit via online form. I received no confirmation or response of the request/claim. The form is clearly not working and yet has not been taken down. The other way to contact the company is via What's App. What a joke! I've never experienced a more UNPROFESSIONAL method of contact for a business. The agents in What's App provide little to no information and ask the same questions over and over. They had no record of past requests via the online form. There is no published phone number to call and we also received no response to two different emails - one that was on the website and another I received after pressuring the What's App agent for some method of follow up. Two different What's App agents instructed us to wait for a manufacturer's claim which has not been received to date. First agent could not provide an ETA as to when to expect this but said we would not have to follow-up. That wasn't true. Second agent told us it usually takes 3-5 business days, can take up to **** days. Also not true, it's been longer than this.Overall a HORRIBLE, unprofessional customer service experience and no resolution for an obvious company cover-up on an expensive product I paid for. Company has zero process and follow-through. Extremely disappointing. Note: I originally submitted this claim on 12/21/23 which was the same day as the delivery. It is now 2/7/24. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will process many, many more negative reviews on various sites and dispute the charge with credit card company if this is not adequately addressed by the company soon.

      IN ONE WORD PATHETIC!! Never in my life have I had zero follow up and dissatisfaction with a product! I used to love this place and planned on redecorating my home with their furniture. First delivery was damaged, Second delivery was damaged and no one called to follow up.. I had to call and search for a manager **** who stated he would make it right... in his absence his staff would follow up with me to obtain a new delivery date asap along with undamaged chairs... not only did not follow up with me but the chairs were damaged again.. I will never purchase nor recommend eldorado in ******************* or any other location

      We purchased a power reclining sofa and love seat from the El Dorado Furniture in Wellington Florida 5/16/2023. The love seat was delivered within a week of purchase but the sofa was backordered and finally was delivered on 6/24/2023. On November 20th 2023 the one side of the sofa's power reclining function stopped working. EL Dorado sent out a repair technician on 12/01/2023 and he diagnosed the problem as a defective switch on the sofa. The repair technician stated he would order the part and it would arrive soon. It is now January 5th 2024 and we have not received any information about when the part will arrive. We have called the store several times but we have not been given any information as to when this problem will be corrected, We spent over $6000.00 on these pieces of furniture and we can not use part of the sofa because it will not function as intended and we have no information as to when it will be repaired. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EL DORADO FURNITURE !!!!!!!!
