      So Ive been attempting to get my cpap supplies from this company for weeks now and because theyre going through a merger their system is messed up, theyve told me my insurance was invalid, then they told me they cant send supplies because my doctor told them I was out of compliance with my machine which my doctor confirmed I was not and said theyd send my complaint paperwork but theyre having so many people complain about things like this theyve just shoved me to the side and done nothing even with updated paperwork.. I have horrible sleep apnea and Ive woken up the past few days choking and not being able to breathe which my cpap was keeping from happening

      I am a mom of a 12 year old disabled boy who relies on medical equipment. This is the third time i have had issues with this company even starting the process to get equipment needed for my sons daily living. its a nightmare in a half to get basic daily necessities for my son. this most recent one has broken the camels back so to speak. An order was placed by the *** to Preferred Homecare 01/04/2024 for a shower chair and stand as my son was having a handicap shower installed in 02/2024. I have called and inquired about this chair every day if not every other day since the order was placed. after being on hold for over 1 hour everytime to be told that none sees the order, its been moved between departments within the company, management was supposedly made aware, new hires don't know what they are doing ext. Still cant seem to get things done correctly no matter what is done or said. it took until 02/21/2024 for a field rep to come to our home to measure my son for the shower chair- over two weeks after the instillation of the shower. ******* said he would push things through should take about 4 weeks and then the chair should be delivered. it is now 03/26/2024-- over a month and ******* i spoke with today after being on hold for 1.5 hours stated nothing was in the system for my sons equipment. we now have to continue waiting for something that is used for basic daily needs.

      I reorder for my oxygen tanks to be refilled. They were supposed to bring the tanks on Friday 2/16/24. I called to make sure they were coming on Friday morning, they said yes. No one showed up. This company lies to you and does not have good customer service. When you call you are on hold 30 minutes. No matter what time you call. This company needs to get out of business, they do nothing for the customer.

      I was advised by ************************* in ******, ******* on 12/22/2022, that I qualified for home healthcare nursing (via Social Worker at Hospital). I took the advice and went through the Social Worker who scheduled the Hospitals home healthcare preferred provider: Preferred Care Home Health Services. Their address is: **********************************************************************I received a bill from them nearly 8 months after service completed. They filed with primary insurance but not secondary and sent bill, with NO explanation of benefits. I called them and after 18 calls, I still have not received a response nor received explanation of what was billed and dates. They have not sent any response regarding request of information and I question if this isnt a violation of HIPPA.******, the manager has been extremely rude during services and 98% of the time would not return calls.However, my visiting nurse was excellent.This is an administrative error and negligence.
