      Unfortunately I have to complain about some deeply disturbing things which Juniper Landscaping is responsible for doing to me as a customer, including most recently, demanding payment for a service when they have a contract with our *** to do these requested services with our homes. They have worked on my yard, causing destruction due to incompetence, ignoring the large Do Not Trim signs (three times or so) in english/spanish (given by Juniper); and destroyed my privacy from the street by accidentally cutting all the branches off of the trees. Mind you, I was the only one in the neighborhood they did this to; and they admitted fault, then wavered back and forth, and finally, would not assume responsibility at all nor make it right as requested. They never got back to me about these serious complaints. They ignored the no trimming signs even though they were out in plain sight, and I have the videos to prove them trimming, as well as the emails of correspondence with a former employee who tried to help me but then suddenly left Juniper. No one was held accountable, and on top of this, they waxed (completely cut off) the branches of the trees that are on the *** side of my home (all homes on end streets have these trees for privacy, and they were about 6 years old or so). They admitted to me that this was a huge mistake yet did nothing at all to rectify it. I have been living with no privacy from the street for a while now and without a solution. I have requested Juniper to trim the much overgrown chimensis palm (one tree) and the bushes. They have weeded as requested, but did not follow through with anything else, ironically. The grass needs to be replaced; and your lawn equipment left terrible oil/rust stains all over my sidewalks, and other areas of the community, including the Master sidewalks (I have photos of everything). Please clean the sidewalks that you have damaged! I am not responsible for this.

      I am rejecting this response because: Juniper has not followed up after complaints to escalate my issues to higher management. The account manager was not supposed to be handling my case as per communication with a Juniper supervisor that I spoke with before my response from BBB. I am still waiting to hear back from the regional manager.

      I also had spoken with the *** and they are supposed to help with the issues. My chimensis palm has not been trimmed, as well as my front bushes and Iris grass on either side of the front of the house. I am not paying to have the services done as the bushes and grass just need a trim. The palm is overgrown and needs a lot of trimming, but if Juniper had not trimmed so harshly many times previously, and also with the Do Not Trim signs out (approximately three times this happened where they blatantly disrespected their own large signs) then I would not have waited so long to request a trim. They broke my trust multiple times, and now they want to force me to pay for their services which are required by the *** contract we have. This is extremely unfair and unethical, but unfortunately, not surprising.

      They are required to trim the rest of the property. The oil stains have not been cleaned up off of the sidewalks either. We have a contract with this company and I am not paying them additional fees when I already pay high *** fees for this! Pretty outrageous. I can neither recommend Juniper at all, nor can I recommend living in this ***.

      At the end of November, a portion of the irrigation system was damaged. This impacted several houses on my street. Juniper is contracted, through the *** to take care of these issues.Since then, we've had workers out digging up the yard and troubleshooting the issue. The last feedback we got as on Friday, January 10 around 4 PM. We left the house and saw the workers sitting in their car waiting. I asked if it was all set, and they replied that they were waiting to see if the sprinklers were going to go ****** this day I do not have an answer to whether they did or not.I called on Monday the 13th to get a status update. There are still holes in my yard, dead grass spots, and electrical cables sticking out of the ground. I heard nothing back on this. I escalated the issue on Wednesday the 15th and have still not gotten a *********** addition to this, there is a very large crack in my driveway where there has been some digging. I'm not sure if they used heavy machinery to dig this hole, but it has cracked my driveway.

      Weve had an ongoing issue since November 2024. The irrigation finally got corrected, however there are huge dirt patches in my yard where the grass was dug up. The sod died immediately since the irrigation wasnt working at the time. Junior told us that they would be working with our HOA to get the grass patched. Weve had no communication for the past 3 weeks and our emails have been ignored.

      When? When will the account manager contact me? Ive reached out via email and the responses stopped. When will the work be performed? Ive got holes forming in my yard and crab grass intruding into where the new sod needs to go.

      I will not accept any excuse that the entire area doesnt need to be fixed because crab grass has intruded into the affected areas.

      Juniper takes care of the landscaping in the Seasons community.They were out about a month ago and destroyed my landscaping.The boss Junior came out and said the *** told them to cut the front to 4ft.Well its about 3 ft and Junior said when they cut to low they may grow back.Well today they show up again and completely destroyed my landscaping.Not sure what to do besides have them replace what they destroyed.Please let me know the next steps please.Thank you .****** ********* ******************************************************************

      Juniper is contracted by our neighborhood to maintain all common areas along with each resident's yard. Juniper has torn up our yard after spraying several areas with grass killer. and killing the grass. They told us weeks ago that the sod would be replaced on specific days, yet there has been no communication or action from them. Several areas of our yard are just dirt with weeds now growing in the dirt. There are dozens of other neighbors that have the same or similar issues with Juniper, yet they fail to properly address the issues.

      1. The grass they mentioned was NOT part of the initial complaint and did not address any of the bare spots as they say - the "grass" (more of a plant) was installed against the side of the house in a mulch bed.

      2. The mulch was also NOT part of the initial complaint - I can't tell where they put in the mulch - probably around the plants mentioned above...because it appears they didn't put it where it was really needed - to cover exposed drip lines.

      3. No sod has been delivered/installed this week, and no communication has been received advising as to the date when it will ACTUALLY be installed.

      Juniper landscaping turned off the water irrigation in front of our home for months. Our palm tree wasnt getting the water it needed so it started turning brown. They cut off two of the trees branches from the bottom of te tree. Weve been complaining that the tree is still dying they need to replace it. They cut off the top of the tree it looks awful and is still brown and dying. Its not coming back. Theyve been promising us a replacement is coming ( since March/ April of this year) I keep emailing them. Keep getting the same promises without any resolution. Now I email them and theyre ignoring me. We submitted the proof that they asked for Theyre not holding up their end. Please help ! Thanks

      On Wednesday, July 3rd, I exited my house to find 2 dents in my drivers side door after yard work was completed by this company. They have refused to acknowledge that they had done the damage. The car was parked in the driveway with the damaged door facing the yard. There was no damage to the car the night before and it had not been moved out of the driveway.

      Our neighbor put a ticket in for a broken sprinkler head on 5/24/24 which was never addressed by Juniper until June 9, 2024 when our neighbor's sprinkler head was on for 15 hours which flooded our yard and eroded the ground behind our pool overflow. This caused rocks, mulch and dirt to be sent into our pool. They attempted 3 times to fix the issue, even though we knew the one dry pipe was directed into the back of our pool. The fourth time they came they finally addressed the pipe. In the meantime, we couldn't run our pool for weeks. We also paid to have 4 yards of soil, rock and a small marine wall built to stop the water from going in. Now, the area is a swamp from the rain. They never even offered to put more soil or sod. They consider a big black dry pipe just laying on the ground a fix? We have put our $2,000 of our own money and will be putting another $1,000 out to get more soil and sod. They tried to say we changed the drain so it's our of their hands. The drain that was adjusted to accommodate the rock wall is the only thing protecting the pool from more damage. This company has passed the ***** This was never addressed on 5/24/24 which has led to this disaster.ad they added the soil and sod, we should have been in better shape.

      We purchased our newly build home from *************** on May 23, 2022.A few weeks after our purchase, we noticed the Pygmy Palm that was part of our landscaping package was dying which we believe occurred after Juniper sprayed weeds. Juniper was hired by *************** to install and maintain the landscaping. There is a 6 month warranty for the landscaping and we submitted our initial ticket about the dead tree on 7/10/2022 (less than 2 months after purchase). The dying/dead tree was never addressed and we continued to submit warranty tickets. Juniper continues to refuse to honor the warranty. We want Juniper to replace the tree at their expense.

      Juniper Management has looked in the homeowner's concern regarding a dead tree. In 2022, the homeowner reported a deceased Pink Tabebuia tree to her builder, which was promptly replaced in August of that year. On April 4th, 2024 the homeowner reported the demise of one of her pygmy palm branches, suspecting weed killer as the cause. Upon review by the Juniper Account Manager, it was determined that the branch's demise was not caused by weed killer; therefore, Juniper bears no responsibility in this matter. As per the policy in Seasons at ******, homeowners are accountable for any necessary plant replacements. They have been duly informed of this and has been offered an estimate for the replacement.

      Juniper was hired by our HOA for community grounds maintenance. From the week after I closed on the purchase of my newly built home, Juniper damaged the drainage, grading and French drains on my side yard that butts up to the community landscaped areas. I immediately reported the issues to our HOA. I was told that Juniper will be fixing the damage "in a few months". Yet, repeatedly since October 2023, they continue to destroy my property! They have such complete and disregard for my property that they actually parked their heavy lawn mower on my front yard right in front of me. When I told him they need to move their equipment off my property. I was told by the only one who spoke English that " we can't park it on the street"!!! This is the ridiculous stuff I have to deal with being the end home in our community. I worked really hard with my home inspector and the Builder to make sure that the drainage worked well on that side of my home to have it destroyed in a matter of minutes by Juniper! I've reached out to the *** and owner. That was months ago and I was told they would follow up with the problem and I've heard nothing. I'm also going to be filing a complaint about **************** as they have stopped communication with me after my multiple complaints. I've kept everything on record in multiple, multiple pictures and videos. *********************************, *********************************** at **************** has now ceased all communication with me after doing nothing to help with the situation. I'll be filing a complaint with the Florida State regarding the **** that I also reached out to the *** on without a response. I know I've been overbearing in my complaints, but I shouldn't have to waste my time trying to get my property fixed by Juniper. Its no wonder the complaints that have been filed by many with the same complaints. I'm not going to stop with my complaints here if Juniper doesn't regrade my property and fix the French drains they damaged ASAP.

      Juniper and the *************************** are aware of the complaint. There exists a community easement and access point to a berm that the *** maintains. Juniper was granted access to this point for the upkeep of the perimeter wall landscaping. Not only has Juniper refrained from entering *********************** property, but have not caused any damages to her yard, shrubs, or drains. A thorough inspection by the *************************** who found no evidence of damage on *********************** property.

      Juniper's response is in fact incorrect. They are directly on my property and within inches of my home. I'm attaching pictures showing how close they are to my home. 

      They are granted access to the community property via the easement that is between my property and the community property. 

      Yet, they repeatedly have come up on my property and have damaged the French drains on my property/ easement, and caused drainage problems by destroying the grading in that same area which is MY property and the easement. 

      The HOA representative **************************** ***************** has not been to my home since October so the inspection they're referring to is ridiculous. That was the first week after I closed on purchasing the home. I also immediately at that time replied to the property management disagreeing with the one person's opinion on what was the degree of damage done. Because you see they did say and agree damage was caused by Juniper and replied to me that Juniper would be fixing everything. I still have all those emails.

      I'm going to attach the allowable amount of pictures here but have numerous amounts more and videos too. 

      In some of the pictures, it'll only show damage caused by the heavy equipment driven over my property, but I have other videos and pictures to support what exactly happened on those days. That includes pictures of the actual Juniper employees on those days that caused the damages, and videos of them driving the equipment on my property. 

      One picture shows their tire marks over the sidewalk super close to my driveway. 

      Juniper's response also fails to address that they have parked their heavy equipment directly on my property. I have plenty of pictures of the employees from that day clearly showing their heavy equipment parked in my front yard and their employees, with one who responded that they can't park their equipment on the street. How ridiculous! 

      Juniper needs to take responsibility and fix all the damages they have caused.  

      If I was to pursue compensation for all my time addressing this in addition to getting the damages repaired, this would be much more costlier for Juniper than to come do the right thing and fix what damages they have done.

      I am writing in regards to my complaint against Juniper. 

      I received an email stating that the case is closed per the BBB's decision and that the *** responded in good faith effort and although I was not satisfied with that, they just let it go. 

      I see now that it doesn't look like my pictures attached to the complaint like I was trying to do to show that my complaint is legit and that his employees are actually directly on my property and areas they do not need to go to access community property. 

      I am actually going to attach pictures here because it won't allow me to add it to the complaint previously to show that they were just on my property last week where they shouldn't have been at all, including laying on my property, driving 2 hravy tractors straight across my backyard and walking through my backyard. 

      The picture shows them laying on my property actually on my property and my neighbors. 

      The pictures shows them driving the lawn mower straight across my backyard and all the employees walking across my backyard. 

      You can see tire tracks clearly left of the heavy equipment on wet grass and many other pictures I have from that day too. 

      This is literally last week!!!

      Our HOA hired Juniper Landscaping for lawn care in our community. As part of this contract Juniper mulches each house periodically. During the last mulching (Jan. 2024) they damaged our garage door and a solar light, pictures attached. I reported the damage through Juniper's online portal on January 19, 2024. Juniper followed up and acknowledged the solar light damage but requested I send them pictures of the damage to the garage door via email, which I did on January 29, 2024. I never heard anything, so I created a new request because the closed the original request. They sent someone out to take pictures on Feb. 28th or 29th. I have continued to follow-up with them, and they are no longer responding. In addition, Juniper was let go from the community maintenance on March 1, 2024 so I have no way to get a hold of them other than to email them which I have done on several occasions.       I am rejecting this response because, I have already received confirmation from Juniper that they will cover these costs of the damages we incurred from their team when mulching.  Please see attached email dated 3.19.2024

      Juniper Landscaping Branch Manger for our ********* Branch has reviewed the photos and the history on this concern. He has confirmed Juniper did not cause the damages to the garage. In the email chain provided by the residence,Junipers Account manager was confirming that the mulching issue would be resolved. Juniper has corrected the damaged light fixture but are not responsible for any damages to the garage. We ask that this complaint be closed.

      I am rejecting this response because:  It is very clear from the email chain that both myself and *********************** were talking about the damage(s) that were cause when Juniper mulched and ran their machine into our garage door and ran over the solar light.  They have also not fixed the light as stated in their previous response.  The garage door was damaged by Juniper's landscaping machine when their crew ran it into our garage door, I know this because I was home when it happened.  I have already ordered the garage panel based off *************************** response, so I expect Juniper to pay for damages their crew caused to my home.  Unfortunately, the crew did not speak English, or I would have gotten names at the time it occurred. The cost to replace the garage door panel is $639.00 and the solar light is approximately $18.00.  I have already paid the deposit to order the garage door panel and I will provide receipts to Juniper as soon as the repair has been completed and I pay the balance.  Please do not close this record until I have been fully compensated for the costs I have incurred because of Juniper's negligence.
