    Originally I bought the in the ear aids for $190.00. They did not work in my ears. I returned them and paid an additional $100.00 for the over the ear aids. They also did not work in my ears. I returned them and they received them on 22Nov2024 according to an email I received from them. After many emails and being put off many times I tried calling and could not get through again many times. My last email of 6 days ago still has not been answered. I am a retired Veteran and I need my money as soon as I can get It. I've been waiting for my money for over 2 months. I feel like I am being jerked around and cheated out of my money. Please help me. Thank you

    Since you will not honor my refund request I want my hearing aids back.  I have paid for them and I want them returned to me in the operating condition I sent them back to you in.

    Ordered 11/30/24 order # ****** Used Amazon Pay bought Ultra Pro aides. Received 12/13/24 one would not charge. Shipped back **** tracking 9516 6132 4772 4358 7082 02. They received back 12/26/24 at 2:44. They say in their ads 45 day money back. They do not return calls or emails and then they generate a case # tell me to use it they generate another #/ Used Amazon Pay think it was like ******. Amazon generated from old phone of ************ and I have given then correct # every time. I asked for a refund Dec 2, 2024, because I order the wrong one.The attached doc was 12/7/24 before I received them Their ****** promised a refund. I have told them I have to hear wife she has cancer

    Purchased hearing aids on 12/04/2024.Returned 12/16/2024 for a refund. The returns department recieved them on 12/21/2024. I've been waiting for the refund for over 1 month. The hearing aids did not meet my expections. They offered a 45 day return,refund. That did not happen.

    OCT. 6TH WAS THE ORDER DATE, I ORDERED A SET OF HEARING AIDS THROUGH THE ******* APP. FROM ULTRA HEARING AIDS THEY WERE FINANCED THROUGH AFFIRM. I RECIEVED THEM ,TRIED THEM ON 2 DAYS LATER RETURNED THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDNT FIT. I SENT THEM A COPY OF SHIPPING RECIEPT WITH TRACKING NUMBER. SHIPPED BACK IN THE SAME PACKAGING THEY WERE SENT IN.     Bought hearing aids from Ultra LLC on 9/21/2024. Returned them within 7 days (45 day trial) in brand-new condition. Ultra promised a refund to the original payment (Amazon ***** credit card) multiple times which has not been refunded after 90 days!! I also used ****** ($133.93) in ****** Points as part of this payment. Points have not been refunded and ****** says they have to come from Ultra since I bought them directly from Ultra.

    The hearing aids do not fit my ears and I tries all the silicone tips they provided and I still get a lot of background noise and whistling and they fall out of my ears. These were sold and promoted with a 45 day no questions asked full refund. I have attempted to contact them 6 times and have gotten no response from them or been put on hold and eventually gotten hungup on. I fear I am being ignored until my 45 days are up and will only then be told I did not return the product within the 45 day time frame, even though I have not been given an RMA# nor instructions.

    On November 24, 2024, I ordered the Invisible Hearing Aid. It didn't work out for me because I they would unexpectedly pop out of my ears. I was given permission to return them for a refund. I have verified that they actually received them and still have not received the refund to my credit card. On December 6, 2024, I ordered the PRO Hearing aid. I received it and after wearing them for about a week the earpiece snapped off of the body of one of the aids. They have refused to make good on their warrantee. I have asked for a refund per their 45-day satisfaction warrantee. I have not received any response since that request. I have been unable to make contact with a live person by telephone. Any email correspondence takes *********************************************************************************** and then another 48 hour wait for a response.

    ULTRA refunded $254.95 for the defective hearing aid.

    However, I am still waiting for the $154.95 for the hearing aid that I returned, per their instructions, and which they have received.

    Bought hearing aids from them in September 2024. Within a week I had issues with them working properly. Contacted their customer support, 3-4 days later got an unhelpful response, decided to return them for a refund. 2 plus months later, and numerous 'promises ' to refund my $, nothing has happened.

    Ultra Hearing finally refunded my money. It refunded on or around Jan. 6th, 2025.  My issue with them is resolved.  Thanks...
